About the headaches: They might be pressure headaches. When you start to feel one coming on, turn on the weather channel and check the pressure. When the pressure goes over 30.00 The Wife will get a pressure headache. When it drops under about 28.00, my jaw will hurt (I have never had a headache in my life...).
Before The Wife found out what was causing her headaches, she went to various doctors, and none of them had any idea what was causing the headaches. One jackass even had her make a log of them for a week, and then told her she wasn't having headaches. >.<
She found out via the magic of the Internet about the possible cause being the pressure. She started watching it, and sure enough, when it went up, her head hurt. When it went down, she felt fine. -

The Candy Keeper ParagonWiki Page hasn't been updated to include the Frostbitten badge, but since the 2006 and 2007 badges both cost 25 Candy Canes and 30,000 Inf, I think it's a safe bet that Frostbitten also costs 25 Candy Canes and 30,000 Inf.

Unfortunatly, I can't help you, but I can say that I have the exact same problem, but it's not resticted to Villains only. It happens on Heroes, too. It has been happening to me since shortly after the Winter Event started.
Attacks that miss don't give any lag. ALL attacks that hit, mine or someone elses, give me lag that leads to the game freezing. AoE attacks are the worst offenders in this case.
Recently, it got so bad for me, that cueing up attacks would freeze things up. I haven't been able to actually play the game since... Wednesday, I think is when I had to call it quits. Since then, I've been playing the market, or working on badges that don't require combat. -

You can use /unbind ENTER to reset the Enter key to the default bind value. You can either click in the chat area or press / and then enter the /unbind command.

Jay makes the pieces work with everything he can. Those that don't work, usually because of bad clipping, aren't available.
I do wish that there was some way to make Sleevless Jackets and Trench Coats with no sleeves work like other parts. Maybe some day... -
Just a heads up:
I'll generally only be doing Hero Studios/Gallery of Rogues stuff on weekends. The rest of my time will be devoted to my home, Guardian.
Also, the way things look right now, I won't be able to play until after the Winter Event, because the patch screwed things up. ANY time I'm in combat, I freeze up when a power HITS, but not if it misses. And when I cue up a power. And when others have powers that hit. And when AoE happens.
I'm on the lowest graphics settings, and I can't play the game with that freeze happening.
