  1. Will it force us to verify all files for minor crashes? I have seen mention of this Launcher issue in the recent past, but nothing lately. Here's hoping I won't be verifying during the last few minutes of a ship raid/TF!

Thanks for any info in advance..

  2. Thanks a TON for the clarification and info Roderick!

Thank you very, VERY much for this clarification Shagster!!

However, the example I used throws a wrench in the gears of "Rare Only". The inclusion of Steadfast's proc, an uncommon, shows that the Devs decided to let the Market and demand determine the true rarity of certain recipes, regardless of whether or not it's yellow or orange.

So, I'd like to ask that all of a set be included in the H/V Merit vendor. There's already an exchange rate in place w/regular merit vendors; "is the recipe over or under 200 Merits". Just fold that into "is the recipe one or two H/V merits." Again, just a suggestion, as I'm sure there's some logical discourse somewhere about including all uncommons in the H/V Merit vendor's inventory.

Thanks again Shagster & viewers looking into this issue!

    Moving on..

  4. I searched a good bit before starting a new thread, but if issue this is known & a thread exists, my apologies for making a new one.

For 3 days now, and a week for my brother, I have been unable to see many recipes in the the trashcan/crate. An example: I can only see the +Def proc recipe in the Steadfast Protection section, the other 2 are missing. This happens from lvl 15-30 in the slider bar, I can't see the other 2 no matter my settings. Again, that's just an example, there are many sets in different categories that are only showing me 4/5 of a set.

I have "Hide recipes missing ingredients" turned off, and have tested this on pure heroes, pure villains, vigilantes and rogues. This happens in the Crucible or Fort Trident. I have checked standard Merit Vendors and everything is kosher, all recipes are viewable.
After asking around & watching global chat channels, seeing the same on my bro's account, I am not the only one having this MAJOR issue. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery? (I did finally file a petition regarding this today.)

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Karthol
  5. My apologies for the negativity, and I am in no way, shape or form a "Furry" but this pack might take the laziness cake!

    Objective:
I understand the engine has lots of limitations these days, but good LORD team?! You have lions & tigers sharing the same face, and even more lol-able, you have cheetas & leopards sharing the same face. Only hair color patterns & "sideburns" separate the cats. Did the art team grow up w/o biology class or at least a local zoo? (Yeah that sounded harsh, but issue is still objective.)

    Subjective:
After being left in a state of "meh" from the teaser vid, I booted up test hoping for more meat on the pack's bones, but found only more messes. Beast run is way too rough of an animation compared to Ninja Run, and the addition of the costume pieces just reveal other pieces that are lacking or missing. Others have covered those issues so I'll move on.

I am left wondering just how much development time was spent on essentially delivering life-less, Everquest-era plastic animal faces.
Are there plans to add bird feathers for the body? Or has a bird "mask" only been introduced. Also, w/the existing werewolf head, you should have tooled it into a rat face as it's mostly there already.

After a last review of my post, it sure looks super-nasty, but I (personally) think it's this lingering feeling:
This is in NO way of the quality I expect in a paid-for pack!!
This should have been included free in I-20 when the glaring lack of polish could be met with "Yeah, but at least it's free" instead of "Wow, it seems my five year-old knows more about cat biology & facial structure than these grown men and women!".

Finished w/the ugliest rant I think I've ever posted,

I just did! Thanks for the tip!

And BIG thanks to the Devs for nipping this in the bud! I don't know how old this bug was, but kudos on the seemingly prompt squishing of it!

So thanks Je_saist and Derangedpolygot for reminding me to use the bloody Test server for it's intended purpose!!

And Release Notes are still my friend too it seems!

    Thanks again folks!

  7. Hi folks! I couldn't find anything on this topic, so I hope I'm not duplicating an existing thread.

I rolled out a concept alt, a BS/SD Scrapper, and dear...sweet...Lord! WHAT is up with the running-in-the-air animation when jumping forward with a weapon drawn?? It's an absolute eye-sore to behold. My brother logged in his long-dormant BA/SD Brute, and his leaps look fine on the leap up, but starts the running on the way down. He said it did NOT used to do that.
This only happens when a shield-activating toggle is turned on. (Which is, like, all the time, thus it's always there, in ma' face)

--------->Is this a known issue that has a fix in-the-works?<---------

Please, please help take my Scrapper's (and maybe his Broot's) wee head off the chopping block!!

Thanks in advance for any info you all can offer!

**Also, I noticed that leaps perform as they should when Ninja Run is toggled. I don't know if that info can help, but ya' never know**
