    I suspect you can't do that. Many moons ago, one of the devs explained that their mobs were table driven, and could only exist at levels provided for by the table. That's why (for example) regular clockwork stop at about level 20, because the table simply doesn't go higher. There's a whole other table for psychic clocks of course.

    In the same vein, there's probably no table data for skulls much above level 20 or so, therefore you can't make a mission and populate it with L52 skulls.

    Just increasing the HP and damage is not enough, I also remember a redname stating that higher level mobs have more attacks. That's presumably the reason for the table, to hold all those sorts of parameters.

    Maybe it's the 4 year cynic in my heart. But the FIRST thing that popped into my head when I read "Customizable missions and content" was "No way they are gonna allow it to give xp or influence/drops of any kind".

    I hope to God I'm wrong but I just don't think so. This kind of content that would ALLOW you to create farm missions just for that purpose with unlimited enemies that you can farm for rewards just sound WAY WAY too imbalancing.

    So I have a feeling while this 'customizable content' will be cool at first. If it's valueless to kill the mobs then I can see this feature dying FAST with the people.

    no you can't create limitless amounts of enemies. You simply choose the map and choose the enemy. The spawn points and how they load will probably be canned. Plus I don't think that you'll make a map that will earn more XP/minute than some current favs like Battle Maiden, Family, or Council Soldiers one.

    I hope that they doun't make it XP/influenceless. I could see that as a draw back that would limit desire to play the content. There are planty of things they could do to allow for XP/Influence with out impacting the game.

    Probably because scrappers get made more than controllers, and even though there are more blasters than other ATs, they are too busy paying off debt to be affluent.

    And user created content 4tw!

    Edit: PS - Once Spine/Fire and Fire/Fire scrappers hit the streets, then the influence gap will only widen.

    Well for starters you guys should really do some personal research on coh vs cov, and you just might find out cov's power is way over compensated. I have told my friends this and will say it now, me and 2 other db/wp scrappers fought 1 corruptor and she killed us all, single handedly i might add. There are many other times as well when I and my friends were killed mercylessly by villains. Even with us being the same lv as them or greater!

    And really how much do you PVP? Saying that Villains stronger means that either you are just trolling or crazy stupid. Which one is it?
