I really wanted to use the vest with robot arms. So I was only really able to use the legs and feet also not sure if i should switch guns.

    thanks for the info.
  3. So does anyone know the reason why we cant use the new steampunk vest with robotic arms?

It did help immensely. I just have to put it into practice, I haven't got the rust off yet.
  9. Thanks for taking a look at the build and improving it for me.

this would be a great idea!! similar to the 48 month vet pet , blue and red Wisp

So your Floating Purple Fortress of Doom won't be buffed for as long from Dwarf Mire. On the plus side Dwarf damage is a lot higher now because of the change.

You can also still pull off Double mire > Nuke (or baby nuke) moves via Dwarf Mire > Human Mire > Quasar/Unchain Essence.
Didn't know about the changes, thanks.
  13. Its not an issue with my WS per say but an issue with me playing it. I haven't played it since around issue 12. It seems I have forgot how to play my tri-form. I don't have my macros either which makes it worse;if someone has them can you post them(Nova,Dwarf and off with a tray switch)

Also I have forgot the attack chain.

I think my chain use to be: Dwarf Mire-Mire-nova kills everything-eclipse-next mob.Does that sound right?

I had a lot of fun playing my warshade in the past and want to un-retire him now with the alpha slot being available.
  14. maybe the link is not working; so posting build.

  15. I am not trying to make a farmer or take on pylons but just trying to make a fun character (for me) more durable and add some more damage. I just unlocked his Alpha Slot today and I'm not sure if Musculature or Nerve would be best. Also I have two purple sets but I doubt I will have enough Inf on all my characters combined for them but I can dream.

Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

even so, theres still a good bit of variety for the pack, and i also say the beast run looks pretty neat too
Is the speed of the new run same as ninja?

    Nope
I hate repeating myself but ...

Those of us who brought GR already payed for the sports emotes as they were made for the ambiance of the 3 zones in Praetoria. So that leaves us with open gift which has been around since 2006?(paid for) and 4 new dance(PopDance,KarateDance,DiscoDance,AirGuitar) emotes, They are not worth $1 a piece.
  20. Where is Black Pebble who is suppose to be in charge of Brand Management for the North America section of City of Heroes?

If you want it bad enough you will buy it if you don't like the price, don't want the emotes don't buy it. But come other then monthly payments. How are they going to make the money to pay for the team to keep making the free updates? I haven't bought it yet but I'm willing to dish out the cash when I have it cause I don't mind paying for the Devs time
They already get a salary from our monthly subscriptions. Its not like they do this as volunteer work.
