I noticed that the new site mentions finishing some old commissions...
but not sure what that all entails. -

and Cheeks http://cheeks-74.deviantart.com/
are a few of my faves -
I'm always surprised when I see this horse come back to life.

I see that the main website is pretty much gone - no galleries and such.
That's a shame. -
Agreed. And while not everyone is like that (soe really want absolute control over their characters), I enjoy seeing the (slightly) different versions of my character.
-
I love seeing other artist's takes on characters I've drawn.
Too cool. -
Well, here's to hoping that you get it.
I've had too many 'the cheque's in the mail' emails. -
I'm glad ya sized those down - they look awesome.

Quote:Agreed. These ninjas are gonners.(sp?)Took me a sec to understand the costume color changes due to the lighting but no, it's very cool. Love the pose and the shadowy ninja's ... the heavy inking worked out great!
I really like it and I am glad Kat is happy too.
Thanks for the piece Juggy!
Bad day to be a ninja
Yeah, the lighting is a bit harsh - hope that doesn't mess too much with your characters. -
Yup, Foo's take on it this month had me right off the bat.
Foooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo -

Thornster and Feral Kat are both chracters that I've drawn before. Maybe because of that, I took a bit of a 'risk' with this one. I say risk, because I rarely do heavy blacks in any of my pieces. This one, was more of an exercise in gaining confidence with getting dark. I think it turned out ok, but I'm still a little gun-shy with it. (click for larger view)
I hope they both dig it. -
I really like these pieces - both the colored and the lines.
