I suppose the extra recharge from Quicknesss makes SR even more end heavy

Actually, re-checking the figures, SR is more end-heavy than Inv with just the toggles, by 0.05 end/sec. Then there's the 10 end from PB every few minutes.

Primary, most > least
Spines > Broadsword > Dark Melee > Katana, Martial Arts > Claws

Secondary, most > least
Dark Armour > Invulnerability > Super Reflexes > Regeneration

Yep, nice and fast, with 40% def to Melee and Ranged, and 37% to AoE out of Elude with the sets I have planned It also gives me a character to use the Vanguard claws with. He's currently running around the Hollows dressed as a Paragon Protector.

When you say "have Speed Boost" do you mean have the power, or have the buff applied to you by someone else?

If it's the former, then Siphon Speed can still be of use - 2 to 3 times 20% recharge is always handy and, unlike Hasten, it doesn't have a ridiculous recharge time.

If it's the latter, then you could do without it, although I'd still take it - I'd even take it over Hasten as it's more useful in my opinion - 40% all the time and 60% half the time is better than 70% some of the time.
