    Does anyone know where I can find the in-game rational for the cause of the Halloween event? I'm assuming it exists in a forum thread or wiki somewhere and my search fu is weak.

    Actually, it would be funny to start up a server that always has issue 1 on it. With server transfers live if anyone complains about the glory days of CoH you can just respond: "-----> Issue1".

    (Disclaimer: the above is just a funny thought. There is no need to take this seriously with cries of "What happens to my IOs?" or "That would be unfair to the villains", etc.)
