As I remember it TT, it was done outside the forums. Even if it was here it may have been wiped by the upgrade the did on the forums a while back.

Didn't someone write a "Coming from WoW? Welcome to Paragon City" guide a while back? With stuff in it ranging from "We don't say quest we say mission" to proper strategy guides.

No rolling for gear. It's all random. You do get tickets you can use to buy rolls or rewards with. You might want to check your wiki about that.

Like many of you I have tried other games but it's all been pale compared to this brilliant game. I have been on breaks but I always drift back. Nigh on six years and I still feel the stress of everyday life wash right out when I hear the familiar CoX soundtrack.

Transfer some of your lesser used characters out from Guardian and make room for a few more. That's the better idea I think. Guardian is home. They kick kittens on the other servers.
