    Edit: Basically if I'm not mistaken both AM and Hasten work towards each other becoming perma ... but the math is something I'll leave to more expert folks than I.

  6. Just wanted to check with others incase it is asked and answered and I missed it or has been bugged already..

    The damage cap for doms is supposed to be 300% but from my testing I don't see a difference in dmg for anything above 200%.

    Anyone else see this?
  7. actually the heal is for you ...just makes you more attractive to teams if you have an aoe heal plus you can slot it with dr wounds for 5% recharge :P.

    and power boost will affect your holds as well (plus if you are looking for cheap recharge and some kb protection - the two attacks in there can be 6 slotted with kinetic crashes for 7.5% recharge and +3 pts of kb).
  8. There is an easier way if your farmnig a team of 6-8 sitters - take vengence and recall friends - bring a tray full of purples - 3 purples at a time - then when you run out recall friend a teamate into a mob as veng bait. that should give you about 20 mins of high def LOL...

    with a global recharge of 90% PA has a recharge of 83.2

    hasten 155

    AM - 148

    Hasten affects hasten etc... so

    with hasten up - hasten has a recharge of 125

    with AM + Hasten - AM has a recharge of 108, hasten 115 - both with a duration of 120 so both we be perma if you manage when you hit them (or click toggle hasten to fire when recharged and manage your am).

    To get hasten perma on any build you need over 105% recharge without hasten.
  11. your probably not going to get overlapping PA - that requires over 190% recharge - which you could definitely do - but you get to a point of sacrificing your build to achieve one thing.

  14. I say we take over the zones so the zoners have to start doing test ladder :P

    We each take a zone - red or blue side and run everyone out - then tell them in broadcast if they want to pvp they have to form an sg and enter the ladder
  15. How many epic powers can you take?

    I would go Primal forces -

    Power boost is going to boost your self heal and holds/confuses
    and temp invuln for resistance. If your looking for just recharge bonuses then yeah psi master for IW and PT.

    If your building for recharge then I am guessing you have hasten and am - if you have am close to perma your getting mez shortening with AM (am lessens the duration of mezzes) plus if you carry break frees your probably better off than waiting for IW to come back up (but then again if your close to perma on hasten and am IW would be up fast ).

    What is your goal for the epic powers? To increase your global recharge?

    It was not like there were not 8-10 heroes there to our 6 villz. Funny part was they were the ones whining about how we had multiple storms and thermals...we has A storm and A thermal..lol

    it's funny to see the flying blasters fall apart when a vill team who buffs and has snow storm available comes in.
