Cathedral of Pain - Succesful.

First Cathedral of Pain on Exalted - A success in 9minutes.

We'll be hosting weekly Cathedral of Pain Trials, along with MSRs on sunday.

Also the channel, Exalted TFs and Raids. I think the mods in that channel have PMed you, Taz.

Channel cap is 2500. If we merge 3 channels together, we would be 200ish away from the cap. This would bring 2major channels of Exalted instead of 4. In the next few months, the channels will even out.

I've seen FA(For All) Channels be the most popular kind, like EFA? Short(so it doesn't take up half of the chat box just the name of the channel) lol.

I will transfer over my incarnated Mind/Cold Controller - ( I have done this trial so many times. I've got the Master on my Dominator, just not on my main badger)

My suggestion of the channel merge topic. yes, there is to many channels. You/I cannot please everyone, nor cant you get everyone together in 2 if not 3 major channels of Exalted. No it is not splitting the community as long as the moderators of th channels communicate to keep the same info up in the MoTDs to get big crowds at events/raids. Will be a pain to have a lot of exalted channels to broadcast to get a incarnate trial. I like to see updated MoTDs, i personally dont see the need to be in a channel if its not updated with events or teams or productive things. Hope everyone can agree on 2 or 3 desinated channels for Exalted. I think someone said the mods of the other Exalted channels can have modship in the main ones. That's fair, but we mods will need to communicate without stepping on each others toes when a person breaks a rule, or a disagreement between mods. When i was mod of LFA, i had a personal forum with mod rules etc. Every mod i chosed had to sign off(private boards of mine) also kept a blacklist of past rule breakers, who.ve been silenced in the past.

Obsidian Operations SG will be hosting a hero side Cathedral of Pain October 1st, which is a saturday at 9pm eastern. Hopefully before then, i could pester the community rep manager, Zwillinger to tag along! *Note* You must be level 35+ to participate in the trial. After the Cathedral of Pain, tag along for a themed static team, also hosted by the obsidian operations sg! The static team theme will be anything guns. This is primarily due to star trek theme of our sg base that was founded by 5th ace and Geo GLo back in 05. the team will start out as a hero. You have the choice to be in your own sg, or be a part of the operations in the fun! Normally we'll start the static team at 830pm eastern(530pacific). This week will be to see how many we'll have and to get the characters a head start. Ops will supply a ventrilo server for the teams. See ya'll there!!

Hehe, POOF is sg channel, and LFA is the community channel for Liberty that I represent. Now that I like Exalted more, and its more active - Thinking about stepping down to get into the Exalted Community to run Events.

Agreed. I dont need global channels when youre in a busy active SG/coalition.

I say we all merge into EFA. Short and sweet to the point. Exalted For All. Mod in LFA, on liberty, im a fair mod i dont like the immature/trolling/flaming/sexual content in the channels.

I saw we play a game called "Last one Standing" in a global channel. Invite everyone! Promote everyone to mods! Kick each other till theres 1 elusive mod left and he wins and choses the main global channel. fair? haha

Thumbs up to Exalted, Obsidian Operations SG for hosting the first MSR. With only a few level 50s, and a full league of lowbies we managed to pull it off.

There wasnt that many deaths, there was no league whipes.

I think we will, but we're waiting a week to get our toons to 35+ for the some of us. Right now we have about 60Actives.

Anyway, I make any server I play on as my home. Liberty - Guardian - Virtue - protector - Exalted - (Freedom, not so much).

I plan on pushing towards a "good community" server for the VIPs, new or old. I like teaming, helping others, badging, challenges etc.

I'll cut to the teaming. Every Saturday, we'll be forming up a "run what you brung" team. Me and my RL friend is level 48s, working to get to 50 and incarnate out. Then when thats done, you'll see daily events, and weekend Sg teams
