I've been having this disconnect from mapserver upon zoning issue as well. Also have been unable to connect to both Virtue and Exalted servers most of the day and more recently Freedom as well. I only seem to be able to connect to servers with little or no characters on them, and even then I disconnect when zoning about 50-75% of the time.
I have also been having trouble loading the forum pages and CoH main website as well. Everything else not CoH related seems to be working fine. -

I renew manually, I don't see what the issue is. Unless you let your account lapse and stay inactive for a whole day you wouldn't have a gap in your paid time.
In fact you could even make your next payment a day or two early so that's not even an issue. Which is what I did.
I renewed it shortly after I found out, was far less than 24 hours. Does that still count as an uninterrupted account? Or am I out of luck on earning the pack because my account lapsed for half an hour?
