I have 91 or 92% with double stacked active, but I also have Ageless Radial for the +recharge, which also gives debuff resistance, so that puts me well over the 95%, I have been considering dropping down to 2 slots in Active, but I haven't done the math yet to see if I will stay capped, fairly certain I will though.

This is what I am running, though I am not 100% satisfied with it yet, trying to squeeze in more defense. Combat Jumping is actually for afterburner, but it's not in mids yet.

I have one that I play regularly at 50, the only thing that really gives me trouble on it is the part where the group splits up in Lambda, she simply does not have the sturdiness to last very long alone in there but if I stick close to a tank, I do alright.
For controls I love elec, but for damage elec feels a bit lacking, though pairing it with Mu for the extra goodies helps.
I didn't really slot for permadom, but I was slotting for perma hasten so I got dom anyway, not that it helps much since most of elecs controls don't really get a benefit from it. Most expensive thing in my build was the purple set for static field, and the 3 lotg7.5s.
Being perfectly honest about it though, I have more fun on my plant/fire, though I love the concept for my elec/elec more. YMMV. -
