Friday at 8:30 PM EST should work out fine for Magisterium. Sign me up.

I'd be up for trying this on a weeknight, but I don't know about tonight. I might be going out for Mardi Gras, but it might end up being too cold to do anything but stay inside and play CoH. We'll have to see. I can work my schedule around other nights this week, but I'll be busy all day on Saturday.

I just signed up on the site and noticed a 'Join this Guild' link towards the bottom of the left-hand side of the start page. Maybe that has to be approved before it will allow posting, not just registration on the GuildPortal site?

My 18 Emp/Psy Defender still needs to do Positron, and it is easier with the right 4 man team. Would be very happy to autoexemp and get it done tonight if others are interested.

A late start on Friday night would work better for me than an early start Saturday morning. I can easily start at 10PM or 11PM or whatever and stay on until we finish, but I have to be somewhere at 11AM on Saturday, which I don't think works with even a 7AM start time. But I don't mind if you have to run it without me. I have no problem with autoexemping down to run it with the current lowbies in the SG when they reach the appropriate level. It's all good since I'll probably end up autoexemping for Synapse even now. I think my defender is halfway to 18 already.

I would really like to participate since I missed Positron, but I'm busy on Saturday. I could do Friday night and Sunday though, and probably Thursday night.

I was wondering if there were any supergroups on Freedom that specifically use Ventrilo (or some other group voicechat)? I tried to do a search but came up with nothing. I recently created my first character on this server, and knowing this would really help me choose an SG. Thanks.

This has probably been discussed already, but this is a very long thread. It might take me forever to go through every single post.
Anyway, wouldn't allow Blasters the potential to score criticals like Scrappers do solve the damage problem? Damage cap aside, this would be a significant change that would put Blasters much closer to par with Scrappers.
As for defense, I'd really be happy if Blasters were offered some kind of mez protection, even if it's just in one of the epic pools. What mostly kills Blasters is not the low health or lack of defense or resistance but the mezzing that prevents them from using the better part of valor. Well, my blaster anyway. I always take Acrobatics because of all the knockback from 20 on up, but it would be nice to have an option that also protects against sleep and immobilization.
Other complaints I've heard about range and endurance cost seem silly. Just slot for range or end reduction. It seems like the only reason for the complaints in this regard is the complete lack of desire to slot for anything other than damage, which is why the damage cap thing is an issue in the first place.
Any thoughts?
