There seems to be decent population on this server longer than the others every night i check, was hoping to find some folks dedicated to the late night/ early morning hours.

Seems to be my situation exactly. I found a nice home with Repeat Offenders. Players are usually on all hours of the night across Freedom, Virtue and Justice; myself included. Look us up, my sig has the link.
