That Oil Slick issue needs to be fixed.

ITF last night with a Fire Blaster and on my /Fire Scrapper with Blazing Aura. Slick lit about 50% of the time. Was frustrating seeing Rain of Fire/Blazing Aura, etc. hit it with no reaction.

Lots of people are running ITFs daily on Freedom and VEATS got really popular, so we saw a resurgence in Freedom villain. I am primarily playing on Virtue.

1630 A small trio from the Brain Damage squad were found patrolling the entrance.
1700 More recruits arrived and team formation began.
1720 The squad was divided into two teams of 7-8 officers. Orders were given and the BD Squad moved into position
1740 BD Squad arrested over 200 contaminated.
1745 BD Squad assembled at entrance to Paragon City sewer system. PPD orders were to detain any known criminal elements.
1820 BD Squad patrolled the length of the sewers from Atlas Park to Kings Row.
1820 -- 2100 The squad prevent two bank robberies in Atlas Park and Kings Row. Brain Damage squad patrolled Kings Row and Perez Park, and arrested several members from the Hellions and Skulls gangs. The Brain Damage teams were able to prevent several cadaver robberies by the group known as Vahzilok
21:00 The squad's shift was over and all officer retired for the evening.
