  1. I would never expect anyone in the team to stay close to me. 90% of the time I am zipping(always run SS and Stealth) around mid battle. Heal Auras, HO, AP, AB, Fort., CM on who needs them, lined up to hit TT to lock everyone down.

Easier for me to go to them, then come to me most of the time.

I rarely sit in the back of the group either. All over the place. I say whatever works for you as an Empathy defender than stick with it. No set way to play the AT in my mind.

    Cheers!

Come play a Warshade and then make the same statements. Even the people defending them point out that PBs have it better.

I have to say I agree. I really enjoy playing my WS and will stick him out for the long run, but there are problems.

I am thinking of building a three form build. Not the best at one type, but decent in all three, plus using respecs to change as the need should arise. Making myself as versitile as possible.

I think the AT is just too new to determine how sucessful or what role they play or will play. Or at least to me until we get some that have spent some hours going through to 50 running missions, TF, and trials and doing tests. (Don't look at me though, I am horrible at the math. )

    I am patient.

    Cheers!
  3. I remember the first version of this guide and used it as a backdrop when I first rolled my Empath. For numbers I would go with Lady Mage's guide.

I like this guide for the power discriptions. Nice write up. I have slotted differently than you and some different powers but to each his own.

    Nice work again.

    Cheers!
  4. Nice guide. Pretty similar to the tatics we have used farming this mission.

Except we never clear the rikti at the bottom or all the tentacles.

Just the closest Kraken. The tentacles right in front of the head. Send in tank, chain mez the head and blast away. Done.

Spend as much time as you want clearing from the bottom up for experience.

This trial was made for good controllers!

    Nice guide!

    Cheers!
  5. Nice work Lady. Always a fan of your posts and work. 5 stars.

    Cheers!

  7. Samuel Paul Adams story can be traced back to his humble beginnings as a research associate at Los Alamos Nuclear Testing Facility in New Mexico.

While developing nuclear power technology for robots for the United States Army, he underwent a lethal dose of radiation poisoning in a meltdown of one of his miniature robot reactors. Samuel was the only survivor in the accident.

This exposure changed the life of the normally quiet and reclusive Samuel forever . . .

Once Samuel was released from the hospital he left Los Alamos amid government threats to keep the nuclear accident under wraps. Shortly afterwards Samuel discovered his newfound powers while strolling through the desert looking for petrified wood and fossils (This being one of his many hobbies).

While walking Samuel tripped over a rather large piece of petrified wood. He was not seriously injured, but the fall aggravated him enough to shout and curse in anger at the stone. This new anger was rare for the usually subdued Samuel. In this fit of rage a bolt of radiation flew from his eyes, smashing the rock he was cursing into millions of pieces.

From this day forth, Samuel knew that his life would never be the same.

Always afraid for his life and for what he knew about the accident and deaths at Los Alamos, Samuel moved to Paragon City to live in a broken down apartment in Kings Row, far from the government conspiracies of his past.

Seeing the other heroes and knowing his power Samuel finally found his niche in a world that had previously shunned him. He knew and the world would know that from this day forward he would be known as Smash Atoms!

/ooc First shot at this, so any crit. would be cool.
