Hi guys. Just thought i'd post something i've been working on, and prehaps add anymore stuffs i do in the future too.

Some of you might have seen i posted some screenies and bio in the 'post you best costume thread' in a very rough and ready comic book format. It was a bit haphazzard as i just had the idea as i was posting them and kind of threw it together. It did get me to thinking tho, that i could take some time and try and create a mini-comic from screenshots.

So i did, here it is

Any and all comments are welcome as always. I know i can't take credit for the actual artwork, but any critique of the composition of the shots, the storyline, the presentation, etc would be cool. Cheers H.

how about something along the lines of him being rejected by his friends and family who are afraid of him and his powers. He grows up lonely, angry and bitter, despising his powers, himself and anyone like him. His reason for a change of heart could be just that, a girl on the superteam, understands him, accepts him for who he is, he falls for her... awww. Heh.

I know what you're saying about the veil and tbh i only added it to cover that horrible mouth you get with the bioluminescent face, really wanted the wide eyes tho... i'm sure there's prolly an option in there that will suit

are EU players eligible to enter this, or will there be a problem with transferring the prizes?

I have two brothers, British Hero and The Grenadier. Long bio short is, they were close brothers, BH a few years younger than Grenadier. Both join the British army and advance until they are serving in the SAS together. Mission goes awry, and squad is blown up in a radiation leak explosion, BH suffers non fatal injuries, but which cause him to be unable to save his brother, who he believes is killed. BH discharged from army and has strange side effects regarding him being able to affect his own and others metabolisms (is Rad/DP/Speed Defender) uses powers and tech gadgets to avenge brothers death for which he blames himself and fight crime, unknowingly being watched by the British Government.
Grenadier is infact not killed but is horrifically disfigured and abandoned by the army, this threatens his sanity, until he learns of his brothers condition and the interest the British Government has in him. This gives him focus to hide his old identity and use tech gadgets to join his brothers world of crimefighting in an attempt to watch over him (is DP/Device/flight Blaster), though he constantly battles with his inner demon to stay on the right path. He soon realises that the few survivors of the accident have subsequently been killed, and the Government has erased all history of his brothers origin, forcing him to maintain his secret identity, even from his brother.

Here's two screenies, the first is Grenadier and British hero in there first costumes, the second being their second costumes. Hope they might be of interest.

Hi guys. Some great costumes posted here by you all. I had to buy the pack just so i wasn't left out, lol

First use for it was on my main, Robostein, Bots/FF/Charged Mastery MM(hero). First addition was a cloak, which i haven't used on his first 3 costumes as he just didn't seem the cloaky type... Unified Field Façade cloak seems a nice fit tho, like it's actually some kind of solid energy field.
Aura used is thunderhead on eyes only. Looks great in game, naff on screenshot unfortunately. Gives a flickering energy glow with random arcs of electricity shooting out.

So far, liking the pack. Will post some more of some of my alts once i upgrade them, cheers H.

Well call me crazy, i've been drawing a blank on this all week, then suddenly something screamed 'GIMP SUIT!!' at me. So i thought, 'fair enough...' went and put my gimp suit on, and sat back down to design your costume...

Nice pencil work Lady Cyrsei, so much detail in the Clinique one, great stuff Pencil is my chosen media too at the moment, tho not posted anything for a while, maybe get chance once the in-laws have gone home... in another 2 and half weeks... arghhh!

That background is so clever, just two straight lines, but it seems to place them in an entire scene. I'm seeing them emerging from a backstreet alley or some such, great stuff. Look forward to the colour

Been mulling over this one all week and really struggling to come up with anything cheesey enough, until it dawned on my the whole idea of this contest is not to recreate a similarly cheesey costume as the original, but to take these characters that in his opinion, Naz deems to be naff (and so far, i have to agree, lol), and make them look cool within that same character...
