Procs-per-minute Enhancements, by design, will trigger more frequently for powers with longer cast-cycles, even up to a 100% chance for certain AoEs.
You can stick a purchased Positron's Blast in each of Bile Spray and Arctic Breath, for instance, and have both powers proc on every target they hit every time you use them. -

Enemies in Dark Astoria cannot spawn below level 50, even missions.

Well, that's not entirely true. I just did a mission where there was a level 49 Void Stalker, but everything else was 50. -
Only one defense set on the horizon. They're actually giving some attention to the other 11 Archetypes now.

Let's let the devs decide whether or not they want to care about their work before antagonizing them any further. Depending on how Issue 23 goes, we might have some fun. I've got a contact in the industry press who would love to hear about this stuff.

Unfortunately, resisting damage will also resist damage debuffs, and Incarnate Trial bosses have some pretty high resistances

I both respect and accept your reasoning, and I appreciate that you have actually given a tangible reason for preferring blueside. Most people I ask respond as though I'm quizzing them on something they didn't study for. (-:

While this is entirely... speculation... I would definitely like to say that non-weapon sets are on the way.
- One's probably a proliferation; the artists won't have to do much.
- One will work great for those who love the outdoors.
- Spider-Man of all people had one once.
- They tried this one once before, but it didn't work.
- I can't think of the last one.

There are still text errors in launch-day mission content. And by the bulk of players who have gone through them, I can all but guarantee you that every one of them has been reported at least fifty times, yet they're still here eight years later.
I guess that means you're wrong. Now please, let's get back to discussing what can be done about it. -

It's not the text errors that offend me. I'm a designer and developer myself, and I know how silly little things can slip past everyone and out to the world all the time. The issue isn't that problems occur, since preventing that wholesale would mean never getting any work done, or very slowly. I understand that.
What gets me is that the text errors in this game never get fixed. Ever. When a problem is found in a project I'M working on, it's added to a to-do list and the next release will not occur until that item is checked off. But I can get away with that because I don't work on rigid deadlines, and have no investors breathing down my neck asking where their next chunk of cash is going to come from.
As for you guys, well, how would you summarize it? You apparently care that text errors occur, but I didn't know that until about an hour ago when you said so. Before that, it was eight years of problem problem problem and not a single one of them addressed. And I'm here questioning whether what you said is true or not--presented just to pacify the angry mob--since it looks like we'll be going into year nine without a single one of them addressed.
From this side of the revenue stream, we've got your customers expressing concerns and requesting changes and those wishes simply aren't being acknowledged. What's more is that the nature of the problem is right out there in front: Paragon Studios expresses itself through the content in the game, and if they make text errors that they never fix, how can they be expected to take their work seriously?
It really doesn't matter how many new awesome Power Sets you're making or how many Incarnate Threads you can get solo now. If you guys are just going to be letting cosmetic mistakes like this go indefinitely, your logo might as well look like this:
