5th column on the moon. Really? At least the Council has a space theme going on. The 5th column going up into space sounds a little bit too cheesy for them. As a matter of fact, I'd rather see as little of the earth bound groups as possible. No point in making a new zone if it's just going to be more of the same villains with a new map.

You obviously didn't read the whole thing, and you contradicted yourself with the council and the space theme. The 5th Column was suggested as a way to bring them back to the game. I kept most of the overused groups out of the zone for the reason you stated, I also added two new groups, and a group that you only only see in the hollows as of now.
