Your friend would need an Euro account to play the Euro version of the game - you're unable to trasfer accounts from one side to the other, and the character transfer option isn't available anymore either.

One mroe thing - if you have bother played in the past, how come you managed to meet or team up if you don't both have accounts on the same side?

I think it's probably forbidden knowledge - the sort that would drive us insane if we were to learn about it.
