    List of WoW's.......

    Disruptor - (400 PvP Rep)
Leader - (2,000,000,000 inf gained through kills)
    Empath - (100,000,000 hp healed)
Celebrant - (Any1 still about with this? o.O)

    [/ QUOTE ]

I've seen quite a few with the 1 year anniversary one - and the 5th Column gladiator that's unfortunately tied to it

17th Century Cossie bits would be good too, they'd be sooooo good for looking like a pirate!

It would also be nice to have different hair options with some of the hats and helmets too.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Or add a hair slider, and make it so that you could choose any hat to fit on any hair, and then tweak the hair with the sliders until it was hidden by the hat.

BTW, 99% of the costumes are not well suited for combat.

Heels, capes, long hair, glasses or things the opponent can easily grasp. Clothes that are flammable or offer no protection against bullets. Lets face it, the only sensible clothing would be wearing as much armor as you can get away with.

It would be City of Armadillo!

    [/ QUOTE ]

Actually, all the types of fabric we wear are specially made for fighting - that's why you never see holes, rips tears marks or stains on them, and they're also bulletproof - it's also why everything costs so much at Icon

    [/ QUOTE ]

In that case my heels are special heels that allow me to run faster and have improved balance.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That's less plausible than special fabric

The badge for Banished Pantheon Masks and Carni Illusionist think in 4 years managed to get the Masks on 1 alt i think and the carni one on none. So if i knew the name it would be wow.

    [/ QUOTE ]

BP masks is actually quite easy, either in Fog Astoria or the corner of Talos near it - just get on a team of two or three people and find a decent route around - It took me about a week of very casual play to get it, once I decided to.

The Illusionist badge, on the other hand... is a nightmare. Sure, there are missions that can be used to farm for it, but the casual player might not want to bother with that. Again, get on a team to increase the likelihood of boss spawns in-zone and trawl around the middle region of PI. A tank is useful, because they can help herd a group of Master Illusionists together for a team to have a go at. And be patient.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Illusionist can be gotten in one evening - find a low level Master Illusionist - like on the boats at the PI docks, then brawl her for a few hours
  5. I know not to trust every detail of a trailer
  6. Don't forget that this is a closed and open beta together - so it seems longer than usual, because it's open to everyone.

I doubt it, given what's supposed to have happened to the PVP in this game

But future PvP changes may tempt him and others like him back

well we know that the carnies are good guys, do some of the portal corps arcs.

    [/ QUOTE ]

well i know that But they dont exactly seem a resistance group that we would join to help, need a group like vanguard or something military to get me to join, not a circus

    [/ QUOTE ]

I think Praetorian Vanguard would be evil - our ones are just trying to stop alien invaders, but the Praetorian ones would probably be trying to invade the Rikti homeworld as well, once they'd defeated the Rikti attacks.
If you're looking for military resistance group on Praetoria, I think Malta would be more likely.
The Knives or Artemis are just mercenaries, so they'd work for Tyrant as he could pay them the most, and the Council and the 5th would probably have been crushed for being too much of a threat, or swallowed up into his own army.

And move the RWZ one to Pocket D instead too

    [/ QUOTE ]

That would make more sense than having it in a warzone

    [/ QUOTE ]

Which is why I suggested it

The 6th debt badge? That's easy...
Come to think of it, I *might* go "woooh" if I see anyone with the last inf badge, not because I'm impressed though...

...just think of it, someone would've played one and the same alt for so much, for so long, griiiinding inf. That would be sort of sad really...

    [/ QUOTE ]

It won't be sad, it'll be wonderful
  13. That makes them less than heores then
  14. And move the RWZ one to Pocket D instead too

Not everyone can be a good hero

But there's no need to go out of your way to be a bad one

As the title says!!! What badge when you see/get it makes you think wow that player is something else! Whether its needed by extreme farming or simply a badge thats REALLY hard to get, state your opinions here! Also can say your favourite badge if you so want

    Favourite: Superstar
Most wow!: Back from the future [1000 pillboxes is just simply wow]

    [/ QUOTE ]

The wow factor of "Back from the Future" should depend on when the player got it
  17. Not worth it if it makes you a failure
  18. Then what's the point of crimefighting if you wear stuff that makes it harder to fight crime?
It's not a job you can be fired from, but it's also pretty pointless to have it as a career if you do things that make it harder to operate normally

Retarded you say? You try and run in 5 inch heels.

    [/ QUOTE ]

They're heroes, they need to be able to chase bad guys at a moments notice

    [/ QUOTE ]

Which is why you don't wear heels then
Running in heels is possible, but it's much slower, more uncomfortable, and much more likely to cause a fall, so there's no practical purpose for wearing them while doing an active job like crimefighting.

    [/ QUOTE ]

They don't neccesarily know they're going to be fighting crime that day

    [/ QUOTE ]

In that case, no crimefighting outfit should ever have heels

    [/ QUOTE ]

With your many requests for animated hair you should know that sometimes you just have to go for style points

    [/ QUOTE ]

But not at the expense of doing your job

I had a dream the other night that whilst in a bar doing a quiz i suddenly fetched little blue circular symbols hanging on the curtains that in my mind where access or pieces to access the shield set (note the power symbols used in game). One of which i knew was the active defense came as a bracer which slotted on my arm and i assume give me the shield (although i never actually seen a shield in my dream). Strangely enough at the end i stumbled upon a fight with some rough crowd... the ironic thing was i couldn't fight in my dream, i was stopped by some force if you like.

SO i pose the question... time for a long break from coh? or just a love for the game shining through?

Edit: also if you can share a personal experience please do

Since Praetorian Earth is a place full of supervillains, I'm guessing that if you choose a heroic way of life, there will be some secret sect of heroes fighting against Tyrant. So we might actually meet the leader of the Carnival of Light and other Praetorian hero groups... if there are any.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yeah would like to meet the resistance groups there

    [/ QUOTE ]

While there will be Heroes in Praetoria, I don't think we should assume that the entire world is a simple mirror of our one - for example, it's quite possible that Praetorian Hellions are the same moral type as our ones - not every criminal would be recruited by Tyrant.
