We can already make almost all of those with what we have now - golden age costumes didn't have many patterns, they were just combinations of basic colors.

This actually makes a lot of sense for this to be before GR - it'll be a big feature that'll already be in game by the time GR comes out, so it'll be another selling point to put on the box.
