More likely for the most part you will be given lists of missions some that say Hero and some Villain. You will gain rep depending upon which one you choose.

Maybe that'll have some kinda determining factor in the morality compass.

I think using a "-" is better than "." because it's more easy to see, so there's not such a problem with sending tells or invites.

I don't think anyone should be too concerned that all the power sets aren't getting customization in I16 - it's such a massive job, they'll need to do it in stages.
