  1. They're useful for scoping out new enemy groups before they're announced
  2. For the very first 2XP weekend, we did 3 of the SS TFs in 19 hours - but the 4th broke the will of most of the team to go on

    My Dilemma

Take a break, and then check out Praetoria on August 17th
  5. I think Statesman vs Tyrant would be closer after the Praetorian retcon - Tyrant's now someone who can take on and defeat the Hamidon on his own.
Even Counting Reichsman, I think Tyrant 2.0 is the strongest Marcus Cole in the mutiverse - and my little theory for that is that when he murdered Stefan Richter, he either drank more from the Well of the Furies, or drank there a second time, or somehow absorbed the power Stefan Richter had if he'd drunk from the Well before being killed, and became some kind of dual incarnate, combining Zeus and Tartarus - it'd make him morally gray then

I'm not sure basing game events on the weather patterns in your area would really be such a good idea.

That's from Recluse's Victory, when Villains have control of the zone.

I've made a 3D model of the Atlas Plaza area for my own secret purposes

That does depend a lot on the realness of the threat to Praetoria, I think.
If Tyrant is facing a genuine threat, then that makes his evil actions more complex than if he's just using a fake threat to help keep himself in power.
  14. Citizen, much of your post contains information still classified as sensitive by the authorities.

Yup - I'm very happy with those powers - and I'm not interested in trying other ATs

Well, one thing to think about is the Freakshow - on Primal Earth, they're the standard mindless anarchists who are violent and aggressive to any authority and see themselve as fighting "the man" - now just imagine how people with that mentality in Praetoira would react to the genuine oppression there? I think the Resistance would be a very attractive option for them - because the Resistance sems to be defined just as much by what it's against as what it's for.
Like you have people like Calvin Scott who's on a personal crusade to get his wife back, or people who have had friends and family killed by Tyrant and are out for revenge, or anarchists who just want to oppose authroity, or ciminals who'd find a less oppressive society easier to operate in, or genuine freedom fighters who oppose the dictatorship on moral grounds - the one thing they're all against is Tyrant - but all for different reasons.

Yeah, she'll never answer a question like that, because she knows that it'll make her look like the hypocryte she is.
It's an invalid question, because it assumes that your path in life is fixed and would always play out the same way over and over again - it dosen't allow for Corporal Hitler being 3 minutes late one day and missing a bus he actually caught, taking the next one instead, and ending up sitting opposite a gorgeous Jewish girl that he falls totally in love with.
It assumes that every second of every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year of someone's life would always play out exactly the same way every time - that everyone's just a robot going through the motions, with no free will at all, and no element of chance or randomness in their life at all.

Think of a world without Hitler. Suppose you or your character GG (I do remember that you have stated that your avatar GG is pretty much yourself, but i'll give the possibility of separate)...
Suppose you or your character was able to go back in time, maybe even to the first world war when Hitler was just a corporal, you had a chance to take down Hitler... would you have done so. Even if you took the guise of a soldier for the other side, would you have taken a rifle or anything.. aimed it at Hitler for a killing shot and pulled the trigger?
In the hope that the Nazi movement would be halted and maybe the second world war and Holocaust might never have happened.
Would you have pulled the trigger for this greater good to save 6 million from the death-camps and countless more who died on the battlefield?

(Ok, it may not have worked out, due to another major player... Stalin, but lets just think of Hitler? And Europe as we know it today would most likely have been different.)
It is a What If scenario, but thought I'd ask.
That example only works if you assume that everyone has their life worked out in advance, and that they'll always become the same person, no matter what happens.

All in all there seems to be a lot of cool little stuff to do but if the play style is just like what we have now and it all has a familiar feel...I think the long time players will tire of this very quickly.
I think me might see one or two tweaks to some of the standard mission types.
