That's only a few longer-term players who should really know better - the majority of the players, new and old, just enjoy the game and look forward to whatever the devs have planned for us.

Quote:It's going to be co-op if it's one zone - and co-op content has a traditional starting level of 35, going by the RWZ and Cimerora - which would tie in with the recent new 20-30 content on Primal Earth. It's going to be a level 20-30 Praetorian zone because the devs are in love with Praetoria and seem to feel that level 20-30 desperately needs more content for people to do once, outlevel, and then go on to run the RWZ and Tina and Maria again to get to 50.

I think they'd use the word "game" in that case - because the game is several worlds, not just one.
-
I don't think it's the moon - they use the world "world" in the description, which makes it sound like a non-Primal Earth location.

Quote:Well, the Praetorian paths all end up with players going against Tyrant for various reasons - either for personal gain, or because they found out he was a monster, or because they always knew he was a monster, or because they like blowing stuff up and Tyrant's cramping their style. Why give us an option to play Loyalists to Cole and then do this?
The closest a loyalist gets to siding with Tyrant is the Power path suggesting it's a possibility if it suits your personal agenda on primal Earth - the responsibility path ends with an argument with Tyrant over free will, and then the player tells him to get lost.
By level 20 in GR, there is no "I will serve you until death, my Lord" option.
I thought the new STF gave plenty of moustache twirling antics for evil types to enjoy?Quote:Seriously, devs, just shut down City of Villains if you're going to continue ******** on villains. Let us actually play villains, or remove the ******* option.
And although the new zone in I21 will be co-op, it's quite possible it'll have Cimerora-style contatcs for the naughty and nice types to do their own thing, with maybe a co-op TF, plus the zone event, where both sides can get together. -
The Praetorian Azuria as a senior member of Tyrant's security forces would mean that "disappearances" she was involved in would be done on purpose

Quote:Would you say that for someone who played at the start and went 1-50 around Issue 1, but then stopped playing, the game now would almost appear to be a totally new game? Seven years is quite a lot fo time in an MMO, and although I wasn't around at the start of CoH, from what I've read, it seems like almost everything has been altered or improved in some way, along with all the new content and systems that have been added over the years.Wow, hard to believe it's been seven years already. Feels like only yesterday we were opening Paragon City to the world and seeing its streets fill with aspiring heroes.
Fast-forward seven years and it's hard to even comprehend how much this game and its community have grown. It's been a great time and a wonderful family to be a part of and I look forward to the next seven years! -

I think either invulnerability or regeneration would be the top ones to pick - with either of those, you could do a lot of good in the world.

Quote:I wasn't aware of that - it was the only combination that seemed to flow well togetherThat's the term I slapped on them on my Twitter account. Come on, GG, you come up with everything else, give me SOME credit!

But you did - and now, like the Force, it will be with you, alwaysQuote:And I so did not need to read that description of their relationship.

Quote:I'm not really seeing the "infer" part here - it's full-on, out-in-the-open, red-hot raging power-armored-scientist-on-departed-spirit action hereBTW, "shippers" are people who like to infer romantic relation"ships" between fictional characters. Look it up on TV Tropes.

Poor Anti-matter - the entire multiverse is against him

In the video-call to Tyrant, I could imagine Neuron bouncing around in the background mouthing "owned" at him and making the "loser" gesture
-
Check out the April Producer's Letter too - it's got some nice info, including a new zone for I21.
