An alternative world where not all of the Freedom Phalanx turned evil would be quite interesting - Praetoria seems to have been the "perfect storm" of evil versions, where the entire Phalanx became monsters - but in a world where, say, Positron was the only one who became evil, it'd be interesting to see what kind of tech he invented and used to create his evil armies to try and defeat Statesman - or a world where an evil Citadel tried to take it over with robots and cyborgs.

If the new zone has something to do with Praetoria and why there's so little magic there, like the devs have hinted, then it could be something quite left-field - like Cimerora was.

There should be skin/tights/leggings visible between the bottom of the skirt and the top of the boot to highlight both of them.

after that its only a few small steps to animated chest movement from breathing, animated runny noses for flu season, then animated eyebrows... then maybe animated chest hair, if that all works, then maybe, just maybe... animated hair.
of course if you're not behind this guy, they will probably just sack the whole project.

Maybe add a heavy weapons power set too, that uses the IDF backpack rocket launchers, along with the underarm blasters used by the ACUs/BCUs ?
