demorecord is indeed wacky at the moment. it doesn't work on zones that has the wentworth building from what i've read here in the forums, and i couldnt get it to work in the arena also. it works in recluse's victory, but movement/actions in the playback isn't quite right.

try video capturing live using FRAPs or gamecam for now, then combine/edit them using windows movie maker. just be sure to disable the UI when you record those scenes.

i sure would like to know how to do demo editting too after seeing videos like these, but until they fix that, i wont bother for now.

You don't need the editor. That's only for touchup. Might want to read my Screenshot/Demo FAQ and get my Demolauncher. Though I'm afraid demos are in not-so-good shape in Issue 8.

Well I would like to make it into a quick time movie if possible

hows about a fire/dark corruptor. while your heroe is someone that saves liives the corruptor can be the opposite and maybe do something to tie them in.

I can also make the version when he is vampire. I have a few versions of him.

I wrote an origin story but I would like to see someone elses take on my character.

Race:Immorta angelic being

History:
The immortal hero now known as Gideon was once known as Rick "Ricochet" Benitez. Once he was a vigilante. He took the law into his own hands shortly after the death of his best friend. He had found out who was responsible, a drug lord Marco Ramirez, who was also a powerful vampire known as Stone Cold to the underworld. Gideon was killed by Stone Cold in his quest for revenge. He found himself in hell because of his selfish reason to murder all those out of his own personal vendetta. There he saw a vision of Christ who told him it was time to begin a new life. He freed him from his bonds of hell with a sword made of his own essence. Christ gave him the sword, which was the sword of the spirit called 'Nazarene'. He then returned him to the world with a new life and a new purpose. When he returned to his body in the hospital (Which on life support) the power of the sword and the return of his spirit was so great, that it caused all the life support machines to explode. This caused his body to be incinerated and as a result, his body was reformed. He was no longer Rick Benitez, he now has become Gideon the dark savior. He can not kill like a reckless vigilante no more, but now it is time for him to hunt the creatures of the night. The very creatures that were truly responsible for the death of his friend and himself. The hunters have now become....... the hunted.

I really like how Buckeye wrote it out, It's exactly what I have been trying to do for 2 years and he did it in two days lol.

Thor's Assassin - elec/elec/elec blaster - protector of earth

thors assassin - Storm/elec/elec defender - advancement of TA's powers

Assassin Of Thor - Ninja/dark/elec Mastermind - The form TA takes as a penance for killing his master and his evil form.

Lord Of Valhalla - elec/elec/elec Brute - The form TA takes when he returns to Valhalla to take the throne

thanks. I have thought about Making Gideon as Ricochet in CoH but they don't have dual uzis so I would have to make him an ar/devices blaster.

I already know what characters i'm gonna have him draw next.

My favorites are xbow man and sewer dragon

that came out really nice.

I made Gideon broadsword regen because it fit the concept of Gideon he is immortal and has regenerative powers. I only wish they had powers like Ghost riders penance Stare sence gIdeon has a similar power called the Redeemers' touch.

yea I know what you mean even after being nerfed a few times regen is still uber

lol I love my assault rifle devices blaster thought he is so uber lol

unless you are a stalker then you got me beat lol. one time I was teamed with this blaster on bloodybay and this brute took him out I then started going toe to toe with the brute. I had him almost beat but my mistake was that I forgot to regenerate and his stalker partner one shoted me lol

Its actually finished but you can bet i am gonna get mor characters done by him when I get more money

lol I say Gideon and TA should both go at it. They are both the avatars of Gods TA has electrical powers while Gideon has regen and can turn invisible and phase shift. TA has the nemesis staff. Gideon has a holy sword. lol Gideon pwn ju lol
