Try Spino or Turbo ski...if you don't have photoshop you can download gimp and use the select paths tool...basically dot your way down the lines and then choose stroke path...don't know if that helps

I'll definitely attempt to color this one once I'm done with Inking requests, I made the inking as colorist friendly as possible.
