Yes, as stated you can enter a toon at any level, you will also fight at that level.

But of course its impossible to tell who you will be drawn against.

Okay, so I don't know how many people will be intrested in this but before I get down to the rules I want to say this this will only take place on UNION. This is becuase I want to test this first and I really don't think this system would work if I opened it up to all 4 servers, e.g. running it on the test server.

So having just gotten rid of 3/4 of the PvP community I already don't see this going ahead because of my second rule. I'm putting a number on the minium number of people that need to enter before I will run this. That number is 16. Of course I'd like lots of people to enter, thats just the minimum needed

I would like to point out here that I myself will be entering this, so there is allready one person signed up.

With the basics out the way let me tell you how this works. You pick a toon you want to enter, provided 16 people have put their names down, you give me 1,000,000inf. I think you have already guessed that 16 people each giving me 1,000,000inf makes 16,000,000inf. This is the prize money for the toon that wins. Note that every time someone enteres the money goes up, so the more people that sign up, the more you could win.

For fairness all toon names will be put into a hat and picked out randomly one by one. I have no video camera so I can't put this on youtube and prove it, you would just have to beleave me when I say I'd do this in a fair way.

There are however two catches with this system. The first being if an odd number of people sign up, who would the extra person fight in the first round? I've decided that the person drawn last out the hat if an odd number of people entered would get a free ticket to the second round. The secound being that, as I'm entering, what happens if I draw that last place if an odd number sign up? Simple, everyone gets put back in the hat and re-selected. As I am setting this up it would be unfair for me to get a free ride to the second round.

This will take place from Monday the 27th of August. Thats two Weeks and 3 days from now. This doesn't meen that your fight will take place on this date, just that the first fights will. Now to give me time to make the drawing and post it on the forum I need all toon names in before the 25th. So the last person can enter at 23:59 on Friday the 24th, any entries after this time won't be included.

All days and times of the fights will be posted along with the post about who you are fighing agenst. I hope to do all fights in that week starting the 27th and I'm planning on making the fights start at 7pm. If you really need your fight to start much later than this say so in your entry post and I'll arange somthing

To enter yourself you do this:

Replacing my infomation with your own, in green so I don't miss it. If all the infometion isn't provided that entry will not be counted. Only one entry per person. There is no munium level for this tournament, but it would be kind of silly to enter a level 1 toon.

Lastly, as this is open to both heroes and villains the meeting place will be in Pocket D in the bar above the cage. I'm sure I've forgotten a few things so I'll say this, all rules can change at any time without notice. As I can't edit this post after 6 hours rules changes/additions will be made in seprate posts look out for them. Also I will make confermation post every so often with an updated list of who has entered.

Thanks for that ammon. I'm going to put all these into "case files". So pritty much I'm going to make a text doument for each one of you, including myself. Each one is going to be a summary of what you write here. Would it make sense to post that on here, so you know jame's background, or not as he is the one doing the search's?

James Carter

A welthy but scered man, James hid behind his money. The more money he had, the more he could gain, the more power he obtained. His buisness started as a hardwere manufactoring company for home computers.

Hes a loner, never had many friends and the ones he had he didn't keep in contact with once he became a millionare. He is a man that trust's few people, and likes money to much.

Entry 1

I was on a tour of the Rivera Medical Centre, I had chosen to do it at night so there wouldn't be as many people around at that time of night, and well if there were most would be asleep at any rate. As we were entering the buliding I saw them bringing in a girl, she looked unconscious, but when I spoke to one of the medics he told me that she was dead. This place was starting to look less and less like somthing I wanted to expand my buisness into.

I should have turn back then, it would have saved a lot of stress.

Forty five minutes later and I'd seen enough ill people to last me a life time. It was a this point that they rushed a Hero in, he was screeching, not himself but I remeber a loud screeching sound around him. In all the comotion I guess I was forgotten, just left there watching this man struggle for his life.

He didn't last long, all the medics were shouting diffent things to one another, I don't think they even understood what was wrong. He shouted somthing, fire erupted from his chest and covered his body. I don't remember anything after that. It must have been the explosion...

Amazingly I woke up. Six floors up and I could see it all, the coridoor infront of me and that whole side of the building had gave way, I was on the edge of the collapse. I shouted for help, but stopped my self before I even got the word out as the building beneath my feet shook. My voice had changed...at that point I was frightened, more frightened than I have ever been in my life. I wanted to cry out but that wasn't an option. Luckly the fire department has seen me, more likly heard my half shout, and got me down.

It took me nine months to get my voice under control. A further three to stop the new fire incidents that would spontaneously errupt. I had to keep myself away from other people, not that that was hard, I pushed everyone away years ago. I hate pretanding everythings ok to the few people I see during the day.

I saw in the paper there was going to be a memorial service. Went late to pay my respects in my own way, when everyone else would have gone. They wern't though, a bunch of people had discovered they they had manifested "powers" just as I had, they started taking about forming a group and getting to the bottom of what had happened.

For a few short moments I was happy again, people just like me, maybe even friends like I haden't had in years. Then I found out about the deaths, found out we're all ticking time bombs just waiting to explode, freeze or any other mannor of horble things.

I masked my disapoiment over, like the profetional buisnessman I am, hide all feeling. It's gotten better in the time we've been together however. I am starting to warm to these people. I would even say I trust one of them, the other leader, Bastinado. We both got made leaders to keep each other in check and the group focused.

I am writing this now as I finaly feel about ready to do so. Plus this ticking time bomb thing makes me uneasy and if I am going to die, I want a record of whats been going on.

Entry 2

For the past two weeks I have locked myself away. I needed to gain some more control as my powers seem to be growing rapidly. I have been financing the group through Bastinado. I trus him and the group more now, I hear they reacanlly took down a manic calling himself frostfire.

Entry 3

Tonight was incredibal, and yet fearful. We found a laptop inside a Lost hideout and will soon be braking the encription codes on it. I am excited as to what we will find. We also had an encounter with a Mr.Smiles, he is looking for a box?

Two of the group stick out in my mind. Psyte, a horible little man that seems to take plesure in insulting everyone at every opertunity. The second is White Vampyr. I told her I saw her at the hospital the night I was there. Bumping into here on the street like that just seems imposible. She basically told everyone herself she had been looking for us for a while.

Firstly I wanna say sorry for skipping the last two weeks. The computer I had been using died on me two weeks ago, so thats why I haven't been on. Plus I've been playing FFXII, GTA Vice city stories and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja. But we wont mention that

The problem should be fix'd from friday night onwords as I'm going back up north to pic up some things, including my PC

Tonight was really good, had loads of fun, me and Rom were talking and due to new people in the team and trust issues (plot-wize) I'm going to do a background check on you all (I have the money and resorses).

So any background infomation you think you have miss out for your toon, post here or in the other thread before next wednesday if thats ok? thanks

On a side note, I notice James is listed as sonic/sonic....He's sonic/fire, just to clear that up. I guess I should get some more attacks from my secondary huh?

Finally, I will try to be on thi weekend, but as I'm not sure what my plans will be I'll have to see. Arrange a time and i'll see if I can make it.
