Seeing a Tank with Phase Shift doesn't scream "absurd" to me. It's perfectly viable to hop into the middle of a mob with PS on to absorb the alpha then toggle it off and start taunting or let your aura grab aggro. Not that I would ever do it, and not that it's a very efficient way to play, but it's not terribly bad per se, and people have different playstyle preferences.

Maybe you were thinking now that just about every AT can achieve mitigation at or near tanker levels, yet have a much higher damage potential and/or better buffs/debuffs, why exactly should anyone play a tanker anymore?
At least, that's what I was thinking the other day as I was trying to catch up with where the game has gone since I last played and noticed posts about soft-capping defense and soloing AVs in just about every AT forum. -

Find some pictures of bodybuilders or models and just do real quick, loose sketches of them. It's good for warming up and it helps you with anatomy.

My fondest memories of this game are from watching the behavior of people whose egos are inextricably tied to video game characters. That's an unending laugh fest right there.

I will send an e-mail to MMOART.com. And honestly, I don't understand why anyone would sign a contract to do uncredited work for a website. They can just as easily take the commissions on themselves and retain full rights to their art. MMOART.com isn't providing some type of resource or publishing medium that is unattainable to the average person.

I'm wondering why there are artists in MMOART.com's employ that are going uncredited. For example, the artist of the "The Sick and the Dead" piece (who is simply referred to as "the studio cartoonist") and the artist of the "Lethe" rough. I notice Kindred's name on all of his pieces, but art by anyone else has no signature, just the MMOART.com logo. I can't find anything on the website about the other artists either. It also makes me wonder what/who else is going uncredited.
It's very important for artists to be credited for their work and very disrespectful (to put it mildly) to deny them that right. -

How about reduce the duration to 5 seconds and make it castable on a teammate instead of a foe? That would also make it a lot more desirable in PvE.

I'd rather people just stop using cage and strategize around not having it. Not that it's overpowered or cheap or whatever. It's just that it sucks if you've already scheduled your night around a video game (which is supposed to be something you do for fun), stand around for an hour waiting for the match to get started, then finally get in the match and be unable to do anything at all. It makes you feel like you've completely wasted your night.

The OAS timer just needs a minimum time set. 3 seconds is too short. And I could swear I've respawned without even being put into OAS.

I don't think slowing PvP down in terms of movement is a good idea. It's one of the major draws of PvP in this game. I would say changing slow resistance so that slows actually work in teams would be a better idea. Currently, slow resistance works like damage resistance (Debuff * (1 - DebuffRes)) so that 100% resistance completely negates any amount of slows. A single Speed Boost provides 175% resistance to run speed debuffs (which in itself is evidence that the devs never intended for it to work the way it does). It should either be changed to work like mez resistance (Debuff / (1 + DebuffRes)) or have a cap placed on how much resistance can be achieved. This would enable slow spikes to be a viable way to slow the pace of PvP without globally nerfing travel powers. And if people aren't moving so fast that you basically need to kill them before they can react, then burst damage can be reduced.
This would also have the side effect of preventing a single Kin from completely negating the movement penalty of Granite, which is a common PvE balance complaint. -

To elaborate, Placate doesn't work when the target has a pre-existing status effect in place from the Placate caster.
You may want to add the TK falling bug that prevents people from even being able to use inspirations.
Also, the TK bug that causes the client of the person being TK'd to think they are farther away from the TK'er than they really are, or that they are behind an object when they really aren't. This causes the person being TK'd to get "Out of range" or "Target obstructed" messages, which allows the TK'er to attack without retribution.
