I actually recieved mine from hunting Marcone Consigs in St. Martial, so its not just the PO ones that count.

Yea, the NE corner has an area where they always spawn, that's how i got my badge too.

im confused about the PPPs, do you get them for doing the arc, or for getting to the certain lvls? (41, 44, 47, 49) ?

And also, isolator has not been around since CoH beta, that is the reason *some* people are asking for a chance to get it.
