this is no real biggie, but maybe allow more space for the character bios.

there are several characters that i've had to cut stuff out in order to say as much as i can given the limit to the charatcer bio. and i don't want a huge amount of space, just maybe enough to fit in 1-3 more ten word sentences. i don't want to write novels for the characters, but i also don't want to write on the level of a 4th grader either.

this would just be aesthetic

i think i'll piss on this election too. both parties are promising things now, but i doubt they'll live up to later.

like why can't the hellions be better shots? i doubt recluse will help train them. and cuppa moving in the take away freedom of speech, seems like evil to me. and when is states gonna show up in atlas. you know, just like the incumbent, only do a couple photo ops here and there, and the occassional conference. now, positron, you always see him, but it's always the same.

and where are the independents? you can never go for them cause it'll just swing the vote to one of the other parties depending on the zone.

that's why i'd like to write in a paco vote. you know, the npc by the hospital in galaxy. with a name like paco, you can't go wrong.

i thought the whole thing was fun. with so many people running from door to door, or some just camping at one, i was able to hunt peacefully for the most part. i was bugged a couple times by people running up and getting hits on my monster mobs when i did decided to trick or treat, but no biggie, the incidents made for good stories to friends. maybe the best part of the event was stateman's response in this thread. heh.

EST? no, think about PST, that's pacific standard time. eastern standard time is several hours ahead on the west cost.

On that note...does anyone know why higher level characters show up here and there? I was in kings row a while back and almost ran into a level 38 devouring earth on the steps of the police station. I've seen other high level enemies out of place numerous times. How do they get there?

Higher level mobs outside of their usual zones are the results of ambushes. Even though my main is level 40, I still get the occasional missions in Kings Row, or even Atlas Park.

not always. during the past month i've seen a lot more rikti spawns in places where they don't normally spawn, like steel canyon, kings row, etc. i've seen other instances where high level villians "negotiate" with low level villians in different gangs, i.e. devouring earth talking with outcasts, things like that.

whatever it is, whoever it is, let them come. my fire/dev powerbuild will crush them all!!!!
