    WS Build

    THanks for the feedback! I understand the confusion of not embracing the human part fully in this build. ( I was being lazy and just planned on all those to be 1 slot anyway) Just a little history of the character. This WS was at one time, pure human build with just about the same bonuses in IO's. I found it slow/boring to solo as pure human since a lot of his buffs come from teammates. With this tri-form, things die a lot faster....a lot faster. A lot of my other characters are tanks/scrappers and being in dwarf form allows me to continue this play style, especially since I have antagonize six slotted.

    Most of the sets I was able to port over and work into a tri-form build. The only exception was Dwarf melee and Antagonize sets (which I cannibalized off of another character that I no longer play). Thanks for catching the extra LoTG! No need to save me money, this too was taken from another character. I'll store it for a rainy day.

    I have read your guide Dechs and thankful for the read. I think I will stick with this setup as it has proven to be far superior to human only form,(IMO of course) and I can say this since I was on that side of the fence at one time.

    Tweaked the build to include Quasar in this one.. not sure how I missed that one in previous post :/

    Just got Judgement slotted last night. This guy is a farming beast. eclipse Mire, mire, nova detonate, mire, Quasar, stgian circle, mire, mire, judgement.

    I have been running this guy in human form only (for the challenge) for a while when I decided to respec back into tri form with IOs. All I can say is, wow, what have I been missing. All of the IO's I had been using for human form only I was able to port over into the tri form. My aim was to max out recharge for perma-eclipse and it has been achieved. I am able to have out 3 fluffies as well. As for the other stats I do not care about as Eclipse/Mires/Return fill in the holes.

    I stay in dwarf form about 95% of the time (only to drop out to allow hasten to recharge and use eclipse. I sometimes use sunless mire, but the dwarf mire recharges so stinkin fast that I just sit there, taunt, mire, taunt, mire that most enemies are dead within 2 mires.


    Yes it was expensive.

  4. Yep. I buggered it up moving stuff around, I didn't catch that until after I had posted.
    Ok, removed the ++ of Numina and + of Miracle.

    I think with my defense being low because with Invincibility, isn't my defense softcapped already? I don't know if I would be splitting hairs with the defense %?
  5. My goals in this build wasto cap recovery due to rage/haste crash, medium regen and medium all around defense and psionic resists. Currently at level 30 I already have 3 LoTG and these 3 make Rage perma with hasten, so I do not wish to have any more + recharge than 27-28%

    This build has 20% damage buff, not sure if that is medium or decent but my main goal with this guy is to leave the damage dealing to the team, while I soak up the damage. I think I've got a medium balance going. Let me know what you think. Thanks

    Ignore that foot stomp is at lvl 14, I some how buggered that part up. It should be lvl 38.

    Do I have to have the toggle Shadow Cloak active to receive the global recharge effect, or is that in effect regardless?

    I guess this also pertains to other IO sets that offer a recharge % increase. Is the recharge on ALL powers or just that single power?
  8. Ugh, I am totally clueless as some of you might find out after looking at my hero planner build. My two major aims of this build
    is a good mix of protection of mez/holds/stuns/sleep, and recharge. I want to be able to be able get into the middle of the fighting and fire off my Sunless mire without getting held (too much) and have my powers recharged quick enough to go at it again. I've skipped Quasar because I do not want to have to keep retoggling after each use and have decided to just stick with Orbiting Death, Unchained Essence and Dark Detonation as my 3 AOE powers.
    This Kheldian will be human form only.
