    No, the increase in effectiveness would fade almost immediately after PBU fades. You've got to remember that toggles are not actually on-off switches. They are actually continually reapplied powers. Radiation Infection applies the debuff every .5 seconds. Choking Cloud applies its hold once every 5 seconds. They don't turn on a durationless effect that is reliant on continually having the toggle on. They simply refresh the power effect itself on a regular basis without consuming any animation time.

    Membrane would increase the debuff resistance by the exact amount of +def you're enhancing it with. A single Membrane would increase it by 20%, two by 40%, and three by 56% (ED is fun). The def debuff resistance values for these various stages would be 20.76%, 24.22%, and 26.99%.

    Ok i changed some slots around to slot boxing. I want to be able to take down avs faster. I had a kismet unique in weave,1 numina heal in health,and 1 acc/heal io in siphon life i took out. And changed 6 slotted efficacy adapt in dark consumption to 5 slotted performance shifter. And did this to the build. It didn't hurt anything really. I don't know if spamming sp,sm,box would be better than sp,sm/sl. Any opinions? I haven't made this change yet so i dunno.

  6. How do you copy a build from mids and post it in a forum? I haven't done it for so long I forget how.
  7. Is the rularuu mace unlockable on the bane spider? If so does anyone know of any missions in ouroboros i can do to get overseer bosses?
  8. Also on east coast. I was playing on virtue and now it won't let me to the character screen. Say's can't connect to db server. I can get into freedom though.

After, what 4 years, of people practically begging for a pure punching set for scrappers the devs finally have a chance to correct this huge oversight in their original design, and they don't.

    I was really hoping for super strength for the scrapper primary. I kept thinking we were going to get that and we got fiery melee. I'm not a fan of fiery melee but I guess we'll see how it goes.
