  2. Didn't work for me - it is saying that password and username are invalid. Bah! Will have to wait for tech support - first messaged them about this on Thursday and still can't play. It went to US first - should be clearer? Not good.

    I purchased H and V online after using the 14 day trial. Now I have two accounts (I thought I had upgraded one), and I can't log into either (the test account is now invalid, and it doesn't recognise the other at all).

    I am guessing it might be a US/EU thing, and I read on here that I needed an EU updater - but where can I download this from?

    Also, does it mean that I have to start again - I had my hero up to lvl 13 on the trial.

    I have contacted support, but no reply as yet.
