Ever since having met you at HeroCon, I have been waiting for the day for you to get a Red Name. I think it's long overdue, and having met and chatted with you was one of my personal highlights of the convention.

Congratulations on this, your big day. It is well deserved, and goes to a person who is most deserving.

Actually, Leo.. this was something I was going to throw in a suggestions thread, but you not only beat me to it, but conceptualized it and brought it out admirably!

DEVS, you are telling us how much the game is changing, the graphics are being refreshed, and a new chapter of CoH is happening.. it's been 6 years, update the loading screens.. Even the starter one.. Statesman still isn't wearing a cape.

If you don't I'll be using Leo's regardless, because ba-dang! That makes it really FEEL like the game is entering a new chapter with a fresh coat of polish!

Also, how much is Serge paying you..I'll double it if you take Icon out of the picture.. that hack could design his way out of a tutu!

Greetings, my darling little kittens!

Some of you may have met me, but I assume many of you are more familiar with my Primal Earth counterpart. So, I do understand if you poor, wrecthed little darlings mistake the two of us.

My name is Praetor Reginald Fabulous, and I have been sent to give a message on behalf of our dear and loved Emperor Cole. He watches, he does from his immaculate tower keeping a close and loving eye on all of Praetoria, his rescued land of savages, brought and evolved into a proper and good society.

As you can see from the picture below, my status does allow me to exit our city, to explore the wonders of the wilderness outside, with Mother's permission of course.

Mother does like to make sure her Children are cared for you know, as is with any mother. Her loving and ever watchful eyes are there to make sure we do good things, to think good things, because we are ruled by our actions and our thoughts, and Mother only wants us to be our best!

I digress, ever since I was discovered by Mother, or as I know her, Praetor Scott, my life has been a dream, developing my powers and honing my skills in ensuring that everyone LOOKS their best in Praetoria. For appearance and image do matter, as you know, and Mother will NOT have a scruffy ruffian in her loving family, and why would you want to look bad before your Mother?

I do hope you loyalists continue on your good deeds, both Emperor Cole and Mother have taken notice and send their appreciation for this. The Resistance shall be caught and taught the errors of their ways...
