Elec doesn't get a lot of that.Wow, the more I play with this in Mids' the more complicated it looks... trying to fit in Stamina + Weave + Grounded (which I assume is important) and Lightning Field (which seems to help with MA's lack of AOE)... and AirSup not to mention Cobra Strike and Focus Chi... hrm. This is gonna take some effort.

I think a feasible idea would be to follow Ice Armor and add minor energy resistance (maybe negative too?) to the defense toggles. The psi/toxic holes could be sort of patched up by adding resistance to every damage type, split up between the two passives. Something like S/L/Tox and F/C/E/N/Psi.
While healing and regen would be ideal for the set, I think that wont happen as /EA was initially designed without them.
Also: does Cloak of Darkness give perception? Between Mid's and City of Data, I can't tell. Both say Energy Cloak doesn't have it, but both say different things about Cloak of Darkness. Why would that be? -
I kind of thought that it would be good to change conserve power to a +max endurance, +max hp, +hp power, temporarily increasing recovery and regeneration by a small amount. It always bothered me that /elec and /ea share 2 powers.
