Weaken should not apply to any pseudo-pet powers until the i7 changes. If it applies to any now, there's something funky going on with the mechanics of either the pet power or weaken.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I know it shouldn't work, but hey, it should have debuffed reconstruction but couldn't due to how the power worked. In all honesty, I don't think it will debuff Transferrence or for that matter transfusion. I'll test both anyway just so they get added to the list of things that should get fixed if possible when it comes to the MM secondary sets.

I would love to say that I am doing this out of the goodness of my heart but *looks at his level 34 Ninja/Poison MM* I am really doing this for totally selfish reasons. I want all my powers to work right when I PvP.

    [/ QUOTE ]

It works just like boost power, except reduces the effect instead of increases it. Boost power affects the endurance drain of transference and transfusion already, but it doesn't affect the amount healed back. So in the current system, weaken should reduce the endurance drained by both powers, but it probbaly won't affect the heal that transfusion gives off (at least not until I7)
  2. Weaken works as a reverse Boost Power. you can't enhance +perception, +res or +stealth, so I see no reason why this should reduce those effects. +regen is something different. This works against effects, like mez, end drain, probably defense, slows, etc. Everything that Power Boost/Power Build Up works to improve on your heroes, Weaken works to lessen those effects on your enemies.

If it is not working for reconstruction and dull pain, that does sound bugged, but most of the stuff you mentioned I see no reason why it should work for them. I've seen Freakshow's dull pain reduced from weaken. Those EMP grenandes that 40+ longbow spec ops throw that completly drain your end... Hit them with weaken, and it probably won't drain a quarter of your end. Hit someone that mezzes, and you won't be mezzed for long.

BugÂ… In an upcoming patch, flying entities that are disorient will no longer behave oddly.

    [/ QUOTE ]

What about non-flying enemies. When I was leveling up my Sonic Blaster, I hit a Harlequin Fencer with Screech in the largest room of a warehouse map. She jumped from the floor up to the highest rafters while stunned. It was a direct jump too, no jumping on shelves or to the second floor. straight to the ceiling from the floor.

If we can barely move, no jumping, etc.. while stunned, why do our enemies?

Bug: Hurricane, when used to push an enemy who is under the effects of a hold by another player, sometimes pulls or pushes the enemy in a different direction than intended. (Theory: Hurricane repels enemies Immobilized by another player as if that other player (caster of the Immob) were the origin of the Hurricane.)

    [/ QUOTE ]

    (From the storm section)

I just wanted to clarify this. some of the aoe holds cause the mobs to be locked into a specific pose. When you repel them with hurricane, they move backwards, but instead of facing you then being repeled backwards, they are just repeled from their current position. They are always pushed the way their backs are facing, so if they are locked in a specific direction... they will only be repeled one way. it doesn't matter where the hold caster is.

How come defenders don't get de-toggle powers (other than brawl)? If they do, what are they and what sets are they in.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Storm: Lightning Storm and Thunder Clap
FF: force bolt, repulsion field, repulsion bomb
    Kinetics: Repel (5% chance)

not sure if either of the new sets has any toggle droppers
  6. I remember EncounterVictim!

    I remember TODO:ADD_TEXT

I remember hunting Level 40 Death Mages in Founders.. at 18.

I remember Vamps and Wolves at every corner in Bricks.

I remember hunting Swarms and Monkey's for good xp.

I remember people would rather hospital than take a Mutation.

I remember thinking 6-slotting a power was pointless if it only accepted 3 types of enhancements.

I remember running from the Steel Canyon entrance of IP to Brickstown (at level 13) only to come face to face with a VERY purple freak tank and making a quick trip to the Brickstown hospital.
