  1. Alright Everyone is right when they say farmer's do add IO and money to the overall economy.
Playing the market game is very difficult and patient work if you don't know what you're doing but can yield very nice results as others have stated earlier in this thread. Another reason things have been going up in price is Merits. Ever since Merits were introduced to the game, nonfarmers, have simply been saving enough merits to get whatever specific IO they need, instead on random rolls which takes away from the market supply. Every roll in AE has to be random, (sometimes I get what I need sometimes I don't ) but the rest of the stuff I know people buy goes straight to the market.

As far as RMTers there will always be people selling money and trying to make it. I will be interested to see what I16 will do and welcome it
  2. As took Power Boost from Gw because that applies to veng too
  3. 1) Got the Isolator badge.

    2) Visited every zone in their half of the game.

    3) Charged Lusca, solo.

    4) Got lost in Perez Park.

    5) Used /em batsmash in the last mission of "A Hero's Hero".

    6) Popped a few purples and a few reds before charging Sally.

    7) Get lost in your SG base at least once. (even if you're the base designer)

    8) Dad their picture taken on top of the Atlas Globe

    9) Led their team into a complete team wipe

    10) Led countless sewer teams from AP all the way to KR.

    11) Asked someone to drop an Ouro portal for you.

    12) By any means, hit the ceiling of a zone and fall all the way down
  4. Haha finally I was wondering how many links I had to click until I found the right one
  5. Yes that does work, you can effectively lower the recharge of mind link with Defense and tohit IOs that have a recharge component
  6. I think I need a shower too.

    Has AE KOed CoX?

It hasn't, lots of people were never farmers, so AE doesn't have to turn the game into that for them. It's not like that' the only option out there

    Has AE KOed CoX?

I think AE is a half decent way to get a whole spread of people together (meaning that a decent amount of AE arcs have autosk so anything can join ) and farm or not, pretty much everyone works and contributes to the success of whatever is happening.

As far as rewards go, I don't think it would make a heck ton of a difference, like everyone's been saying: people farm.

I think purple's could use a little loving since you can't get them from AE lol, the same goes for anything else that drops from normal mobs, if anything there are some drawbacks to farming it
  9. Just to mix it up I vote for the Ill/son

    Dxp

    Terra Sol 1-50
    Storm Sage 39-50

I got burned out after the first 1-50, oh well I probably won't do much more leveling
  11. I don't know about increasing or decreasing populations of players but I believe that the first instance of atlas crashed on virtue due to the amount of people and then the second one was the only one people could zone to
  12. Really it all depends on what you want to do with your fire/kin , and how much you care to spend
  13. Really with that amount of money, (depending on how much you want to spend ), You could probably manage affording purples or just about anything else into your build.

    How people IO their Fire/kins

    1. Cheap but still effective
My opinion: Good if you don't want to spend too much, obvious setback if you really want your fire/kin to shine

    2. The very expensive route: Miracles, NUmina's, Luck of the gamblers, just things that are typically expensive and alot of it, and Like I said, purples: disorient, hold, pet, etc Just about every purple set in existence can be slotted in a fire/kin,
My opinion: Mostly to max out things like recharge and and recovery , regen, and some other very nice bonuses. Is it worth all the money? It really depends on how much use you're getting out of your fire/kin and how you expect him to fight mobs

    3. The Survivalist: Since the dawn of AE people have been thinking up better ways to build fire/kins for farming. The survivalist really focuses on soft-capping your s/l defense so mobs can't really hit you. The drawback? it takes away from having more global recharge and maybe some other things you'd might like. Most people take stone epic mastery, while fissure might not be the best Targeted AoE as far as being a killing machine

4 Others: Really you can combine and mix around builds all you like and find whatever works for you. Plenty of combos exist Here's one I work with
