It all depends on the type of woman you want; personally I'd rather be straightforward and honest and be able to talk about anything. I'm not a touchy-feely kinda girl though, and most flattery is bs that I don't appreciate. I've got to find a nice guy who loves comic books, action movies, and believes that honor, dignity and personal responsibility still exist. If he can read more than five books in a year and discuss current world affairs without insulting those with differing opinions... I think I'd swoon.

He could have asked the Dev to post an anonymous general message indicating that a study would be done on the PVP community and that by entering the PVP zone you would be "accepting" to be part of the study.

This would have done 2 things:

1- informed COH dev that he wants to do a study ( which they can then accept or deny)

2- people can't come back and say they were part of a study that they weren't aware of.

well you take a stop watch, you click on the power you want to time, when the animation finish you start the watch, when the power is fully recharged you stop the watch.... and then you should see the time in seconds....

(there is no in game timer that you can see, you have to do it by hand )

edit: seem you posted at the same time I was writting this...

if you are looking at the in game numbers than yes the global recharge doesn't show BUT no power take the global recharge in account in the power number.

I tend to stay away from Purple set. Not because I couldn't afford it ( I do have 4 set of 5 in my spine/regen) but simply because I realized how useless they really were. I sell 1 purple recipe and I can get 2 full set of IO for another toon (like positron).

I was also aiming for recharge but without the purple. I think I still have some modification to do here and there but in the end I'm pretty happy with the build so far (got to 41).

thanks i'll see what I can do with this info I like the aoe immo more than the single target so i'll keep that, but i'll look at dropping Salt crystal and changing things around

it's mainly to try something with more control. I have a fire/FF a plant/rad and a grav/storm troller already so I wanted to try something new.

Soloing for me is not being able to blast through 20 enemies while making coffee, if I have to run i'll run, if I have to spam the same power but be safe i'll do it. As long as i'm able to finish the mission alone i'll be happy Thats why I went for a bit of +dam and a bunch of +rech. The duration of a hold or a immo is irrelevant if you can double/triple stack it

... I thought the Turtle was a change to -recharge on the target.... meaning you augment the recharge time of the target power.

I'm willing to help anyone with the bubbling position ( the hardest part is to always know where everyone is: Targeter, range teams, making sure no one is too close the the Hami tanks.. etc)

I was thinking, since we seem to have a decent amount of interest in the blue side hami, We could try doing it on 2 different days ( if people are available of course). this would allow people who are taken on sunday nights to do a hami raid on a different night and still enjoy it . and the fact that it takes roughtly 1h to do should allow people to get back to what they were doing or go to bed cause of work

well there is a difference between AE AV and TF AV

AE AV you never know what stupid combination the creator decided to use. Some AV are near impossible to kill even with a full team of 8.

for normal TF AV, then you should be able to solo them but not without carefull preparation and a very strong build. I have a bot/FF at lvl 49 and I have not been able to do it myself so maybe someone else can give you more pointer.

I rolled an earth/therm troller not too long ago but I have really no idea what I should be aiming for. I do want to use him more for support than damage, but i'm not sure which power should be prioritized. Should I go for +dam, +rech, more control... I'm really not sure. I know earth is not the damage dealer but it'd be good to be able to solo a bit

stop by fire base Zulu and get a jet pack, it's 2 hours of flying so you'll be alright for the raid

I should be there to bubble as usual unless something comes up at the last minute.
