@ Atago: Wow, your build really demonstrates how easy it is to softcap SR! I had been reading about the need to cushion the 45 a little, in discussions of cascading failures due to defense debuffs, so I was eyeing the 47 mark. Still, you have shown me just how easy the 45 is to hit with SR. Thanks!
@ Streetcleaner: I was hanging onto Elude as an "Oh Sh#!" sort of thing. As to hurl, I like it for concept reasons, but is it really that bad in terms of pure numbers? I find it recharges fairly quickly, and the animation time doesn't bother me at all. I think I'll keep it regardless, but I am curious as to why you don't think it's very good.

Hello folks. I'm inexperienced with Mids and with designing builds in general, so I'd be most grateful for any advice or observations. I was trying to softcap defense and DDR without spending a lot more than 500 million. If I seem to have disadvantaged my brute in any noticable way (damage, recharge, endurance...) I'd appreciate any advice.

Just curious...what are the exceptions to this general observation? For instance, I thought I read someone claim, somewhere in the forums, that the -recharge in Chilblains was stackable from the same caster (although of course I can't find the post now). I tried to confirm this on Mids but I can't seem to find the "This effect does not stack from the same caster" message that I am able to find for the -ToHit in Flast Arrow, for instance.
Has anyone ever compiled a list of the debuffs that are stackable from the same caster? (Or does "most" really mean "every one we can think of"?)
