nah I kid, I kid, hmmm definitely go shirtless. and try to avoid a typical tights superhero look, I don't feel those work very well with spines.( That's my opinion of course if anyone out there has a tights wearing Spines scrapper, im sure they look fine... ) a tattered leather coat works good Ive seen a few spines toons pull those off well. that's about all I have don't have a spines toon myself but i hear there as tough as nails. honestly i don't like the spines appearance wise to me it looks like coral but its a matter of what your used to and what your able to imagine differently, I like the thorns for dominators though they look good.

sweet so you got the stones to stick it out with a character (level wise), definitely try a scrapper. some people find writing a character that fits into the city of heroes world good fun, like an ex malta/longbow/arachnos member. or someone who got there powers due to experimentation on the creys behalf, so that's an option. or you can make homage characters if your in a uncreative rut.. so yeah that's pretty much all i got.

Apemanenforcer who doesn't get nearly enough views for the quality of work he turns out.

Warren Louw over 100 000 pages views there so he doesnt need the bump either but is well worth checking out.

then ofcourse theres Twelfth,
Pant, Kid Natorious, Zach Howard, Jim lee ( who im sure most people are watching already), Alex Garner,
Raheight, Rantz, Eduardo Francisco, Randy Green, Slateman who also deserves more pageviews then he gets.

if you haven't tried a scrapper yet, i can make two suggestions.

Broadsword/Willpower.
Dark melee/ Regen.

both dish out the damage in a big way and are hard to kill.
although it does take time to get there.

my biggest advice is never create a character that has to be what you initially write story for him to be. cause lord knows there is always rename tokens .

How far level wise have you actually gotten?
