  2. I have a speedster concept toon and, like a previous poster, use Martial Arts/SR. One of my builds also uses flurry as an attack (martial arts uses primarily kick attacks...unfortunately). SR works great because you have a secondary power Quick AND you can put the +7.5 increased run speed proc in each of your defensive toggles and passives. My guy runs fast even without Super Speed clicked on.
  3. Thanks Brakner...I'll try that
  4. Is there a specific default key that recalls the Pet Options Window (the window that lists your pets by name and their status)? I will, every so often, hit a key, or click on the window accidentally, that causes the window to disappear. It's not a big deal as I usually just click on more pets and the window reappears. However, I'm just wondering if there is a quicker, easier solution to this.
  5. After several moments of frustration, which included leaving the mission a couple of times, I can confirm that the above method worked...go to one side of the red mission "door" and quickly run around to the other side...the hostage should follow via the straight line through the door.
  6. I didn't see this question answered...will we be able to use some of the more "specialty" maps such as the Freaks/Trolls rave warehouses, Frostfire's ice warehouse, DE overgrowth, etc...?

  8. Awesome...had me all the way thru until I read the part about replacing audio with visual "sounds"--doh!
  9. Someone who says that there is plenty of high level content, that you don't run out of missions, and says that they fall asleep during herding, strikes me as someone who has done some power-leveling themselves...now, they complain about others doing the that exact same thing.

Does defeating 45-50 Ritki/Crey in the Ritki Crash Site 6 times in a row qualify as exciting? Maybe to some it does but, IMO, that is not necessarily thrilling content. Now I am stuck for a full level and a half with one contact (I guess I could go to the shadow shard but I have already done that with my main character and I didn't find it exciting the first time). Also, my one contact is giving me AV missions which will mean I have to team every time I play with this character.

BTW it doesn't change wolf missions that have already been accepted. So does this really do anything more than the hurling boulders accomplished? The game's been around for almost a year now. I'd have to say probably a good 95% of hardcore pl'ers already had a toon wiith the wolf mission before the timer.

Will they, perhaps, make it a timed one when they accept the mission on the reset?

    Boss Changes

For some of my characters, the boss changes are good. They make it more challenging...for others, they make it impossible (my poor FF/Rad defender use to be challenged by the old bosses...now, I won't even attempt to take em on)

But where the new changes have really affected the game is during the respec task force. I tried it with my level 26 Inv tanker, 1 SR Scrapper, 1 Regen Scrapper, 1 Kin/Energy Defender, and an Empath/Rad Defender. We were able to get thru most of the task force but right at the end, we ended up with 8 bosses in the final group. With 5 heroes and only 2 real damage dealers, how in the world were we to take on all those Jump Bots? I could take on two or three with the Empath healing me but that left 5 others roaming around the core using their AoE and wiping out the team. The poor SR Scrapper died 9 times in the evening....6 of them one-shot kills...mostly from when the Bots would explode on death. The increase in damage output really made that hit deadly...worse than Proximity bombs imo. I understand that there is a desire to make the game more challenging for others but I hope Statesman's suggestion includes a fix for the Terra Volta Trials also.
