I'm sure there are plenty of ways to answer this but what is the best IO set options for reducing the recharge time on Elude. I have got Hasten, an IO set +5% ie Crushing Impact and a few others.

Now I don't post that often so when i do i like to think it counts.
Some very good suggestions i like the Wentworth slots but one that may have been over looked. Powers of good instead of destruction... A Heal Other vet reward would help in two ways. During low lvl missions when powers are limited and also for those badge hunters out there who really can't work the healing power pool into their builds.

I feel that any means to raise money for charities should be welcomed with opened arms. As this has brought up some well placed arguments like development costs, how shall we display our generousity and what will it look like? I think we should view it from a different perspective.
How about a SG wall plaque for bases and/or a charity flag pole somewhere on display around Atlas Park. Nothing better than a What colour is the flag today? question to keep charities at the fore front of peoples minds. This way NC could choose a different charity each month... doesn't even have to be monthly... and the individual could decide when to donate.
Now after all that i think a ribbon at Icon would be an easier option

What Are You Doing Now?:
Trying to spend less time in the real world. Work, family and whatever FPS is around at the time. Took time off from CoX to flirt with WoW and GWs but tbh CoHs is where my heart lay. (If only i had stayed Fake Dufus would have had his Nemesis Staff by now )

What Would Make You Return To CoH?:
I have returned but more end content would be nice.. RWZ is good.. but a few GM Missions would make it a little more interesting.

I would like to respec my tank to be more PVP capable it is great on PVE maps but is mainly AoE powers. The build is Ice/Fire and i'm also not sure which would be the best pool powers to take.
Questions :-
Is flight better than SJ?
Invest in the leadership pool for Tactic's?
Teleport Foe and TP worth getting?
Drop my AoE powers and concentrate on Single target ones?
Which way to slot the powers for different affects?

Please fell free to offer any thoughts on this.

Having a couple of 50s i thought it might be an idea to get a fresh SG up and running with experienced players who like me have been subscribed from the start or just after. This would be an opportunity to estabilish a SG that would be easily recognised (wings) as having knowledge, experience and be in a good position to help aid new players. This would also be a good platform for PVP, teaming and base raids with seasoned players.

I just made an elc/elc blaster and i think its awesome.. AoEs look great aswell as work great... now to get him to 50!!

I remember trying out my new Res power in The Hollows and i think it worked for you once or twice, but sadly Mystic Mag didn't get to make it and fell by the way side.
