Drunken Avenger
In the 80's Major John Stephens of the Air Force was handpicked by the president to partake in Project R.U.M (Radiation Utilizing Micro-Nanites).The Program to Bond Technology to Soldiers for Battle. On the night before the procedure he and a few buddies went out and got plastered. The next day suffering from a hangover he reported in and the procedure began. It was a failure! He was listed as dead and buried with full honors. 20 years later he awakens in a rundown military facility on the outskirts of Paragon City. He finds he is more machine now than human and that he now has unbelievable powers. The one drawback is that he is fully drunk. Making his way to the city he is in the process of finding out why he was reported dead and what has happened in the last 20 years while fighting for TRUTH, JUSTICE, AND THE AMERICAN WAY!
Drunken Commander
Little is known about alternate realities or parallel universes, if fact many doubt they even exist. But I am here to tell you they do. How do I know? Well I come from one. You see you all know me as The Drunken Commander, but in reality I am the Drunken Avenger. Let me explain. On my home, which I call Earth-Triumph, I had the exact same origin as that of your Drunken Avenger with only a slight twist. Everything that happened to him happened to me as well except for the way our powers manifested themselves after awakening from what I refer to as our missing years. I had been fighting the good fight for quite a while when one day while fighting the circle of nails (circle of thorns here) I was just a little to late in stopping one of the mage's incantations and the next thing I know I am here on what I call Earth-Champion. A lot of the powers I had were gone, it was like starting over if you will. But after being here and meeting your Drunken Avenger I have vowed to continue as The Drunken Commander.
Static Force
Grayson Riley was once a respected scientist. After being let go from Project R.U.M. due to the sudden death of its only test subject he sank deeper into the bottle. 20 years later while watching the news he noticed a new Hero Drunken Avenger bore an uncanny resemblance to Major John Stevens, the unfortunate candidate for project R.U.M. Growing enraged he pulled out his plans for the STATIC Device and returned to work. Soon the device was ready and Static Force was born. His goal revenge for those who took his life away. (Sometimes mistaken for another Electric based hero running SF. However Static is not that evil)
Drunken Crusader
When Drunken Force was founded, Drunken Avenger and Drunken Commander used their technological knowhow and fashioned an Android-Cybernetic being to assist them in tough battles. They programmed into him a way to replicate DA's Radiation powers. Once activated DF-1 began to learn at an accelerated pace. Achieving full independent thought and function he programmed himself the ability to control fire. He soon became known as The Drunken Crusader, and still fights at the sides of his creators, but now as a friend and no longer as a thoughtless android.
Mrs. NRG
Mrs. NRG was once a Roman Citizen untill the day she died centuries ago. Upon her death she arrived in the afterlife. Being that she had abused her power and position of authority in the Roman elite she was drafted into the service of Hades, the god of the underworld. Her job to guard the Acheron river (1 of the 5 rivers in Hades). After countless years she began to see the error of her ways and begged Pluto the ability to return to the living to make amends for her shameful past. The god looked upon her and thought that since Zeus had a champion in the form of Statesman, that this was his chance to have his own. Granting her powers from the darkness, and learning to control different forms of energy, she was sent to the land of the living. Now wielding great power she has been dubbed Mrs. NRG by the press in her ongoing battle to save her soul.
Odins Legacy
Claiming to be the son of the all father god, Odin's Legacy has arrived on the battlefield of Paragon City. Wielding a majestic sword, that seems he alone can wield, he has started curtailing the evil that is in Paragon. Many are skeptical of his claims of godhood, but none can question his bravery, loyalty and courage in the face of danger.
