    Seriously people do that?

    I coulnd't be bothered to wait... If i get a drop I want the inf now, and if i need an Ench i want it then and there.

    How long do they leave the bids before you realise it's not going to sell ?

    Ok, so I get recipe drops.... and I sell them in Wentworths, simple.

    I want to slot a toon, I buy the enchancements, simple.



    Recently I was thinking, if like me everyone does this.. who on earth is crafting all these enchancements, and why !

    With many of the IO's I buy there is little or no difference in price from buying the recipe or the completed IO... So am I missing the point of crafting, because to be honest I really couldn't be bothered to run to and from the uni buying salvage and making them.

    However I do think that if i buy IO's and never caft any am i not doing my fair share??

    Watched one last night fair extremely well against a SS/Elec brute.... only melee character ever to beat said brute.

    Hadn't though of ot before my self but it was a transfer from French Server and I have to admit it was quite impressive!

    Scrapper - Broadsword / Regen

    Scrapper - Martial Arts / Regen

    Scrapper - DarkMelee / Electric

    Tank - Fire Aura / Super Strength / Earth

    Tank - Electric Armour / Super Strength / Earth

    Tank - Willpower / Super Strength


    Any of these will be fun and do well in a melee duel, ofcourse it all comes down to build, slotting, IO's and above all... the player.

    At the moment we are tearing through x8 +4 mobs with Elec/Sd/Blaze scrapper and I use Kinetic/Elec/Dark Fender.

    The Ice duo concept is nice, not sure how practical it is with 121 Recharge on Blizzard, I know that's 1 every 60 secs and Sb is still to be added to that which is an extra 25% global rech..

    Still might be a bit of waiting and if a transferece misses (only 55.20% Acc) is could scupper the whole plan.

    Although the dmg is WOA !

    Would Fire maybe be an option, Rain of Fire, Fireball and Fire breath, inferno.... same concept, perhaps more to do inbetween nukes?

    Ok, i think that I have switched a few things around taking into consideration all the help everyone has been and I thinnk i have been able to come up with something that will work.

    I dropped maneuvers as it was only giving 4% def, and picked up Kick, allowing a kinetic crash set 3.75% instead.

    Now that gives me Tough as a set mule... not really a set but the Steadfast def proc.

    Weave as a bonus too, that makes up the Lotg slot i lost out of Maneuvers.

    Also switching Leaping pool for Hasten and super speed gives me the space i need for extra recharge, and overall my def is better now too.

    Here is the revised version.

    Would RoA make up the difference from Short C and Ball Lightning both v fast and holding 3 procs each ?

    At the moment the Fulcrum, Assault and Siphon power from the elec fender is perma damage capping the 2 toons...

    As there is no need for dmg in SC and Ball Lighning i have procc'ed them out.
    The scrapper is SB'd and firing it's AOe's pretty fast, but i like the idea of the 2 Ice / kins... don't know how much dmg they would be able to dish.

    I'm pretty sure the Kin is a must to cap the damage from w/e but maybe Ice isnt the way to go...

    Perhaps 2x Archery / Kin corrs, With hasten Siphon speed and speedbost RoA would be pretty fast double fulcrumed?

    Had a quick look the "bomb" thing i saw i think was Omega something...

    all sounds very different and interesting. don't see too many of them too which is nice...

    Is there a way to have a normal cossie tho? Bit Ugly otherwise.

    May be an Idea... I just replied to someone looking to swap 300 Vil inf, I have abit blue side I could swap over I guess... and the means to make more.. Already got 4 of the Lotg's so I'm unsure whether to buy purples first or everything else?

    Recip's aren't much cheaper either... Was looking to see if there was anything I could change to make it less expensive... Would swapping in Hasten be a cop out or ? ?

    Ok switched about the bits you mentioned...

    Still i went to the AH recently there are sets of purples that cost 400-600 per 1 ! That's fecking nuts! ! ! !

    I managed to save 1700 Mil thinking that would be enough, bit of farming, bit of market trading and 2 PvP Io's and i thought wayhey i can afford my permadom but now i', like WOA ! look at the blinkin prices?!!? that's banannas!

    I am brand new to villain epics, however I recently saw a Crab with loadsa pets tearing up a map... big bombs and spiders and all sorts which made me think OOooooooooo, want 1 !

    However, I am brand new to the style of build and i'm not sure what they are meant to be built like... I have seen a few builds but I think I would like some more insight into them rather than copying someone else... So, any one able to explain all these new wonderous powers and what I should be aiming for.

    Can anyone that is really good with figures tell me what is the most powerful combination of 2 toons for damage output Aoe ?

    For example, at the moment my friend and I use an Electric/Shield scrapper and a Kin/Elec defender...

    Is there any 2 AT and Powersets that could out dps (aoe) this combo and if there is... what are they ?
