Just wait til GR, TP Foe on blaster slotted for Range + Boost Range and tp them out base while being outta there range

How are you only running 27% def? is that including protectors??
At the moment I have 45% to all positions and so does my pets... i run in middle hit web envelope and drop trap, mortar, caltrops and start mining. -
A thermal, capped res, Forge and a heal or 2 incase of "omg panic!"
Make it a Fire / Thermal so that you can then use Smoke to stack the -tohit on RTTC. -
I'm confused... how would anyone afk farm pvp ios ??
If you die in pvp zone your are TP'd to hospital, how can you farm that??? -
Basically i'm after a build for a Dark / Psi /Psi for Zonal pvp.. anyone got 1? looking for these attributes in order of importance.

Not noticed the hasten crashes as much, i'll look out for it tho see if that's causing the problem.
When I mentioned the fact it's not a pvp build I was referring to Frosticus' build rather than the phase thing...
btw, what is the phase thing about?? didn't catch that really, do you mean that hiber doesn't start recharging til after it's deactivated? -

They key for keeping your endurance bar happy as a Stormy isn't so much about recovery but more about endurance reduction.
Storm is a very end-heavy set. Starting with just your O2 Boost alone, that's 13 endurance per activation already and O2 Boost's base recharge is just 4 seconds...if you spam that heal you will use up a lot of endurance. If you have this power I suggest slotting it with 1 or 2 end-reduction.
> Snow Storm and Steamy Mist both cost .52 endurance per sec while Hurricane costs a whopping .65 end per sec. If you have these 3 toggles on without any endurance reduction, that's a HUGE 1.69 endurance per sec. Slotting all 3 of these toggles with 2 end-reduction each will bring the total down to .91 endurance per sec, which is a big help.

As you can see, it doesn't matter how much recovery you have, if you have all 3 toggles on AND you put out Freezing Rain, Tornado and Lightning Storm, your endurance bar is going to be empty in no time.
Of course, extra recovery will definitely help, but think about slotting for endurance reduction first if you haven't already.

Yea Ice epic seems to work better I can drop a Lotg into Frozen Armour and free up a recharge set elsewhere to make for more end...

Yea could do that, I'm trying my best to keep perma hasten...
Primary is Plant Control.
Not really alot of powers that take Decimation sets :S, could swap out Basiliks in strangler but I'd need an extra slot and loose some recharge.
If I swap epic from psi to Fire i can get consume, plus fireball is less end than Psi Tornado to start...
Might be able to squeeze decimation set into fire blast... it's tight tho xD -

Done this quite alot, although i think the issue if the high recharge
Slot for more Recovery Bonus or more Max End.
Slotted at the moment for +35% recovery, everything else is very tight to get perma hasten
The Dark Mastery Power Pool has a +End power, but its a long recharge.

The Electric Master Power Pool has a (imo) better +end power
and the Power Mastery Pool has Conserve Power.
Could swap out Psi Epic for Fire and take consume... -
The one thing that I hate, is having no endurance...
It's a pet hate, and really really winds me up.
Now the way that powers cost Endurance, and the recovery you get as base... pretty much means that Fitness Pool is already picked for you whether you like it or not.
But what happens when this isn't enough?? What else can we do...
Does anyone know where you can get more blue bar from?
So far I am running a high recharge stormie with a few toggles and this is what I have so far.
Atlas Medallion +5% max end
Portal Jockey +5% max end
Fully slottted stamina
IO set bonuses
Including Numi + Miracle Procs +35.5% recovery (total bonus)
So at the moment I am looking at 211% (3.88/s) and I am still struggling.
Is there any where else I can get more recovery? -

Perma Rage should cover the damage and accuracy, main power I wanted up often and slotted well was Footstomp.
Don't think it would make a massive difference...

Oh thats quite good then..
Was looking at positional def for ages but seems WP is one of those sets that works easier going for type def.
Impressed by your Dark Armour tank btw... at the moment mine is spec'd for pvp but I fancy a TF tankill post a build soonish
