But would like to note that this contest would have been easier to do in year ONE of the game's life. That's when most people played their MAIN characters. Now, mainly people play alts, who they are less connected with.

Alright I have given some thought to who :

1) Strives to make new heroes welcome
2) Teams often & assists others in completing challenging tasks, and
3) coordinate with one another to make Champion stand out among the rest as one of City of Heroes' most honorable servers;

and unmistakably one person stand out among the rest:

As our (former) PERC representative, this player has gone out of their way and donated their precious play time to creating a game atmosphere for the betterment of the game. Regardless of your personal feelings of the player, their contribution is undeniable. Therefor I nominate that character.

Concept wise

I'm not sure I can "purchase" any of these names, I'm dirty poor ingame due to the lack of time I get to play with a 1 year old baby, but I would be happy to "Trade" with you if I have any names your interested in.
