What you CAN do, though, is get a soft brush, make a new layer, and brush on top of the picture lightly, just once. Use a gold, that should work well.

You have to look around at the different lights; some don't. I'll look around and find one that might work...

I think why it looks like smoke to me is because it's seethrough, and it's... How do I explain this... It's sort of made of circles, like how some people draw smoke? >.>
