  1. My main character Demon Flare was created back in 2005 before CoV came out. I really wanted to make a villain so i made him all evil looking and build him as a fire/axe tanker. Later on after the release of CoV i reworked his story (yet to actually write it) to make him a ex-villain...BUT when Rogue comes out his butt is makin a b-line back to the rogue isles!

    Description:

    As a young man, Ross Lundin had a horrible injustice laid upon him. The vicious arch-villain Aphrentis destroyed his home, family, and his dignity. He had no place to live, nobody to love, and nothing to call his own. The only thing that survived the savage wreckage of Aphrentis was his trusty hunting bow. But after years of mourning and grieving, he had lost interest in using it. He eventually sold it to the pawn shop for very little money. But as he was walking out the door he had a thought, a thought that would change his life. He thought about where he was, he was in paragon city the City of Heroes. None of those heroes would ever give up, or decide thier life was over. They persue justice and punishment. So Ross did an about face and bought his bow back. Than he remembered the evil, undisputed hatred that Aphrentis showed whilst destroying his home, and thought a simple bow would never be enough to defeat him. So he decided to research the "P-MAC", or Psuedo Mental Abilities Chip, developed by the Crey Industries.

  3. yeah actually i was going for around 150-250mil if possible, the build you rewrote is a very expensive build to me. i appretiate it but i would never be able to afford it. plus i whipped it up in 15 minutes when i was very tired. as for the endurance part of it, i have played a few of endurance monsters, broadsword/dark armor scrap, and a fire/axe tanker, and recently a fire/kin controller. so i tried to see if i could squeeze in as much endurance boosts and recovery i could get. thanks a bunch for the feedback, ill try to rework the build for budget purposes.

  4. Ok i just recently rolled a Dark Melee/Fire Aura scrapper about a week ago and ive got him to about 37 right now. I wrote up a build for him for once hes 50 and I was wondering what all you forum buffs and build junkies think.

  5. Hello, I have a question regarding Damage Taken badge #4 "Unbreakable". This requires 10,000,000 point of damage to your character. This is also required for the Born In Battle accolade power that gives a +5% to max endurance AND max health.

    Currently on my toon Kaji Hane on the Freedom server, I have 4,000,000 points (give or take a few thousand) of damage. Does anyone know of a good way to get the reast of the 6,000,000 damage easily to take as little time as possible? I am aware that simply playing the game is a very good way to do that, but nowadays its damn near impossible due to Mission Architect. Seriously though, any help would be appreciated.

    I have even tried standing in a Mercy Island building fire with ticks of 14 a piece.....takes a looong time.
  6. While reading this thread, all I could honestly do was look at the floor and shake my head. What we REALLY have to remember folks, is that this, really, is just a video game. We get on it to escape from our every day lives to have fun. If the sounds are annoying, turn down the volume in game, and play music. Have any of you ever played a console game in your life? I do, I play quite a few. And in every single one, I find numerous glitches and exploits and bugs that were not intended to be in the game. Those, CANNOT be updated/fixed. But I still play the game anyways because its enjoyable and very fun to me. Seriously, that is how we treat City Of Heroes/Villains. Its a program created ENTIRELY on a computer. You mean to tell me, in this massive game, the minor, Minor things we can just simply ignore, is going to effect my playing and enjoyment? No way Jose. I know for a fact, whether they fix the "annoying" cosmetic, and slightly "irritating" things that we can simply take 2 seconds and type again, (Chat bug....) I will still be playing this game because its fun, and it deserves my 15 bucks a month to the fullest.

  7. i have no idea about the changes for doms. and my reason for permadom....is.....not to have to worry bout building it every time it drops. lol
  8. Hello, I was wondering, if anyone had a cheap build that could still do permadom, Im talking like...maybe 200mil at most. If its completely impossible thats fine, just tell me, and please dont call me crazy or anything. I genuinely want to know if it can be done. my combo for my dom is a Mind/Thorns. If someone could whip up a quick cheap build that would be awsome.
